i reckon that if you get any more interest by the end of next "season" that you promote 3, and demote 2 from each league, therefore increasing the number of the top 2 leagues by 1 (to 7) and the bottom league just gets anyone else added to. Or does the leagues have to be set up each season? Just a thought anyways. (and another thought - im going to lose because ive been pressing random buttons in a hope i do something right!)

I think i can increase the number of teams in each league if it's neccessary before the third season...
