Ok, I still have this problem, my e-mail has been ignored, and now I really want to join the PPDB forums, as they've removed the stories from public viewing. I don't want to join up with my e-mail accounts which would be banned unless the PPDB crew allow me to. Can anyone please help me, those stories were great

I asked plakker but he said that the script simply doesnt allow it and that he cant change it but there should be a way to get a hold onto a non hotmail adress (In the past I heard ppl talking about creating new e-mail accounts at some sites that were accepted?)

He stated that it could either come today or tommorow, if it aint out then then you will have to wait 2 weeks since he is gone then (holiday)

Yep, can't get back to sleep, no matter how hard I try. Doesn't matter if I've got nothing on, 8am is getting slightly late for me, I'm normally 7.30.
Probably because I wake up normally at 7.15 anyway (for school, or to go running at weekends), so I guess over the years, I've just got used to it, and even if I stopped going to school and running early, it would take me about a year to get out the habit

exactly like me.
last night I went to bed at 4 on the dot.
8:15 I was wide awake.
anyway....speaking of long hours...is the PPDB 100% confirmed for tonight? or might we be waiting in vain? (not that I'm waiting...I'd die of boredom) |

I used to be an early riser but Ive slowly migrated into a lazy lie-in person - especially on Saturdays and the first week of the holidays.
1pm is about the latest but maybe I can 'improve' it in the up and coming holidays.

The best DB just got better
V2 of the PPDB has been released, download it here: https://www.ppdb.nl/forum/viewtopic.ph...php?t=5266
Plakker is an absolute legend, here is the overview of the new version:

- Sloped bikes
- 3D-wheels

- Extra jersey for Barloworld (Tourversion, to be changed manually by the player)
- New leaderjerseys for some races
(Qatar, Österreich Rundfahrt)
- New jerseys for all national teams
- New helmets for some teams
(Lotto, Euskaltel, Discovery, Gerolsteiner, Milram, Lampre)
- General: some hilly stages in bigger Tours now have a totally new kind of setting, that should avoy hillyriders making huge differences there
- New xml-startlists by Jape for Tour de France, Ster Elektrotour, GP Knetemann, GP CTT Correios de Portugal, Delta Ronde van Midden Zeeland, Halle-Ingooigem, Route du Sud.
- New races and realistic profiles by Buddy_Mulligan:

- Stage xml-bugs in Qatar, Colombia, Venezuela, Friuli, Egypt repaired
- National championships of New Zealand (causing crashes because the game can't handle such a small amount of riders participating). As well the road race as the ITT has been replaced by the national championships for Lithuania.
- Not working leaderjerseys for Qatar now working
- All championships now have the signs "RR" behind the name when it's a roadrace

- Experience levels for topriders all set on 4 to neutralize the effect of this feature, on request (not my idea at all, but since a lot of players insist on this: done). 18 = level 1, 19 = level 2, 20 = level 3, the rest = level 4
- Missing transferts for Python Pro added now
- Wrong rearside of the AG2R frame corrected

Right...........
I just starting playiing the version 2 again and iam really considering going back to version 1 because not only is there problems with the text when i do a stage race and pick a team eg(unibet) for a stage of the tour it gives me riders who do not ride with unibet and u cant choose riders such as cooke or rujano. Also the whole look and clarity of the background is poorer
iam not trying to slate this Db but it could have been finished like version 1
(my version one appears with proper text and plays very well i just wonder why its not the same in v2 )

let me try and clear this up, i'm guessing you are in Single race mode
the Giant was made solely for Career mode, and does not function as required in Single race mode
(if you were in Career then you might be better going to v1 as you say)
