Then delete the Cache folder in AppData. Find it by typing %appdata% into Run... then go into the PCM08 folder and delete the contents of the Cache folder

euskatel shouldnt have all thouse leaderjerseys they should only have spain and maybe colombia and perhaps WC jerseys if they get lucky |

Euskaltel should probably only have the french and spanish jersey, cus basques come from those countries. Anyone made the Australian champion jersey for Team Columbia? need it for rodgers |

The reason why you make all those jerseys for Euskatel is if someone is playing a career with Euskatel they are not going to only sign spanish. and yes you do need to convert these to TGA files. by the way how do you add these to the game. Can you make a complete shirt pack for slipstream. Thanks.

It seems we can help each other. 
They should go in the CM_Textures\cycliste\team\teamname directory.
Did you clear the cache folder?..That would be my guess as to your weird textures.
