Yeah i know... but i really had pretty successful season on this save, so is this really an only option??

hey all, i cant get my game working anymore! it all of a sudden came up with this message!
"unable to launch the application without a disk in the drive due to incorrect time settings, check the time settings or insert the liscenced disc of the application in the disc drive and run it again!"
anyone knows what this means! the disc is original! and entering the cd key doesnt work anymore! the game was working like 2 days ago!:cry:
i tried to reinstall, but to no avaiL!

hi all,i´ve got a problem with pcm7,hope that i get the help that i need to play.
I´ve installed the game and when i want to play it appears a window that says can´t start the game because of "anwendungkonfiguration" not correct please install it again to repair this problem.I have already installed the pcm7 4 or 5 times and it happens always the same.Without patch or any database.
ps-sorry for my bad english. |

Some people manage to install the game, but when launching it, the Starforce protection blocks it. When trying to go further, an activation key will be asked, that key is absent from PM.
The cause of that isue is the presence of virtual drives emulation softwares, such as Daemon Tools. This can also come from a burning software which has that function, as Alcohol 120%.
You need to totally uninstall those softwares, then reboot your PC. Then, normally, the game should run. |

I just install the PCM daily 2.1 database and once I naviguate in the calander, when I reach month of May, the game crash. What should I do ? |

I have a PCM07 problem. Basically, I started a new game on my new laptop and the game ran beautifully (I have all the graphics levels set to the lowest but that doesn't bother me, I'm more bothered with the game running smoothly) but I've noticed that as I progress through the game, the performance is dropping. Races are taking longer to load, the game is getting a bit glitchy to look at and sometimes hangs for a while. Sometimes the game doesn't quit properly either and I have to end the process.
Is there anything about the game that could be causing this slow-down, like the game cache or something? Or is it a problem with my laptop? I haven't experienced any slowing down with anything else, but this is the only proper 3D game I play.
Laptop spec:
Dell Studio 15
Windows Vista Home Premium
I have 93.4GB of 138GB hard drive free and 1GB RAM |

It's a general problem with the game, as far as I'm aware.
You could try this tool:

Damnit! I love this game, don't want it to slow down on me lol
I'll give that program a go and let you know if it does any good. I might also try turning off some Windows features that have produced an increase in game performance for me in the past, but if anybody else has any ideas I'd be grateful. |
