You need to tell your guys to ease of a little bit. I think it was 4 free kicks to me, 3 yellow cards and loss of goal due to roughing or something for you.

Very disappointing match. I had one chance in the whole match but it should have been 0-0 anyway - Stemple's team scored in the 92nd minute 
In the tactic report, what does '<< Prepared >>' mean?

You can select which format you believe the other team is going to play with. 4-4-2, 4-3-3. 5-4-1 etc. If you select the right one you are "prepared".
