Jape: The taskmanager just showed 50%, but a further examination with other software showed that the Dashboard had taken Core #1 as hostage and was flying it to Beirut. Besides, there is no such thing as overkill, save maybe demanding octo-core capability or a Linux port.

Best is to uninstall and install the update again. But it may take care of that for itself but not sure though, so take the safe route and uninstall the old one first.
That's true Waghlon but programming it to take into account multiple cores and making sure it runs without errors (racing issues) isn't worth the effort and exceeds my skill level unfortunatly . Altough there is some multi threading involved for ex. when uploading files with the Auto-FTP function but thats pretty basic. |

Where do I uninstall it from. I already uninstalled it from C/ProgramFiles/ etc. But it still doesn't work.

Then make it hijack the core where my non-critical system processes run
Success, it loads the savegame. So here's a bug:
When i click on a team it says (with a box) "Conversion from string "€(money amount)" to type 'Double' is not valid. Location BL-38.
and then after clicking on OK: Object reference not set to an instance of an object Location: FM-7
And then it proceeds not to crash.

Oi: Slightly more critical one now:
When clicking on a rider from the "Cyclist" panel in the left side i get a Conversion from string "" to type 'Integer' is not valid Location: BL-58
And it doesnt go away until ive clicked on OK for some 10 times.
Should properly add: Only happens on some riders.

You should have uninstalled it from you Configuration Panel -> Add/Remove programs. If you deleted it manually, just install it again, that should work.

Yeah i made sure that in 90% of the cases the program won't crash but just display an error message. I've located the error (was the same stupid bug i did in the savegame editor for PCM06 with the culture settings) I'm working on it. thanks for the detailed error code
Btw, i told you you'd all be my testing guinea pigs soon

Is it not possible to edit the cyclists program, or am i too stupid to find a way to do it?
By the way, the editor looks terrific.
edit: or is it just working for cyclists who already have a program?

Check the manual -> page 4/chapter 5 -> Cyclists Editing. One tip: you can only edit a cyclist which actually already has a program. |

Why isn't it letting you install it ?, what does it say when you double click the setup.exe ? |

Another version of this prduct is already installed. The installation of this version can not ne continued. To convert or delete the installed version pf this product, use "software" ....
Same problem here
Edit: Found out to to reinstall it.

World is just a simple map of the world where the points gathered by a cyclists are displayed as a percentage per country, say you collected 50 points in France for some race and 25 in Italy, France will show up red and italy between red and green. It's not very usefull but was a nice feature to learn some graphics programming.
About the installation issue, you need to uninstall it trough your control panel like any other piece of software and NOT simply delete the programs folder. To correct it try the following: Click Start (in windows menu!) -> Run.. In the box that pops up type regedit and click ok. In the window that opens click Edit -> Find and type PCMDashboard and remove any entry it finds that contains PCMDashboard (don't mess around any other things in here!).

Error Message: Conversion from string "" to type 'integer' is not valid. Location: BL-58
This comes up when I click on cyclists, no crashes as of yet however.
And this comes up in the contracts section when I right click
Conversion from string"X" to type 'integer' is not valid. (X being amount of euros the contract is)
Lastly does the transfer option under the edit cyclist context menu work, if so how, I could not find it in the manual???
