3 of my best TT'ers are in France for the 2nd to last race of the season. Cancellara is riding in Belgium in two days, the others will be on vacation by then.
It may be no suprize there is not much competition. Joost Posthuma come closest. (4th + 2'01)
Former World Champion Fabian Cancellara now has to do with the Swiss champ jersey. He takes 3rd place. (+ '39)
Reinikanen, who wasnt allowed to race the Worlds takes 2nd. (+ '16)
And it's Ukrainian Champ Grabovskyy who wins it today.
Result
1 Dmytro Grabovskyy QUICKSTEP - INNERGETIC 1h05'45
2 Valio Reinikainen QUICKSTEP - INNERGETIC + 16
3 Fabian Cancellara QUICKSTEP - INNERGETIC + 39
4 Joost Posthuma RABOBANK + 2'01
5 Laszló Bodrogi DFL - CYCLINGNEWS - LITESPEED + 2'45
6 Sylvain Chavanel RABOBANK + 3'12
7 Anthony Roux AG2R PRÉVOYANCE + 3'15
8 Yvon Poulard AG2R PRÉVOYANCE + 3'50
9 Taylor Phinney DISCOVERY CHANNEL + 3'56

I thought that Cancellera would've won. He may be exhausted.
No matter, you gotta a top 3 B)
Joost Posthuma RABOBANK + 2'01. Harder and harder for holding on against you

Cancellara is pretty tired indeed. Grabaovskyy anbd Reinikanen only focused on Eindhoven and WC, and kept form after WC so it makes sense
and Mora is 22 I think. |

les herbiers and sluitingsprijs are still to come. gonna play them asap
Aspen, Seattle, Sister Bay, Austin are US WC cities. Austin is flat and the others hilly. (apsen has 0.5 mountain rating)
You should do austin and bring armstrong back
Aspen sounds good though, if i may ask how do you change the wc city/course?

I was allso thinking about sallanchez because it's mountain (inlcuding mountain ITT), but Aspen will do as well
and I forgot how I changed the WC city last time but I'm sure it'll work again. when I change it I'll tell you how I did it
edit: I knew addy explained it t me once, and I found it:

Get some realism back I'm not gonna get my riders at 99 form all the time so I won't win everything that easy anymore

Easy race today as it seems every big rider is on holiday allready. Steegmans is having +5 day in his last Quick Step race.
So it may be no suprize he pulls our team away from pack pack while relaying.
In fact, he tires everybody out. Rosseler and Gilbert have troubles to keep up.
When the sprint begins, our team is split up in 2 groupes. Trofimove will lead out the first group and Ulissi the 2nd. Steegmans is the best sprinter and in great form so guess who won?
The newspaper tells the story...
Result
1 Gert Steegmans QUICKSTEP - INNERGETIC 4h21'36
2 Dimitri Claeys QUICKSTEP - INNERGETIC s.t.
3 Yuri Trofimov QUICKSTEP - INNERGETIC s.t.
4 Pieter Vanspeybrouck QUICKSTEP - INNERGETIC s.t.
5 Diego Ulissi QUICKSTEP - INNERGETIC + 39
6 Fabian Cancellara QUICKSTEP - INNERGETIC s.t.
7 Sébastien Rosseler QUICKSTEP - INNERGETIC s.t.
8 Philippe Gilbert QUICKSTEP - INNERGETIC s.t.
9 Radomir Simunek Jr. PREDICTOR - LOTTO + 5'34
10 Michiel Van Aelbroeck LANDBOUWKREDIET - TÖNISSTEINER s.t.
11 Arjen De Baat JARTAZI PROMO FASHION s.t.
12 Floris Goesinnen SKIL - SHIMANO s.t.
13 Gianni Weyland SKIL - SHIMANO s.t.
14 Nico Sijmens LANDBOUWKREDIET - TÖNISSTEINER s.t.
15 Arne Hassink UBBINK - SYNTEC CYCLING TEAM s.t.
16 Evert Verbist CHOCOLADE JACQUES - TOPSPORT VLAANDEREN s.t.
17 Fabio Sacchi TEAM MILRAM s.t.
18 Nick Ingels LANDBOUWKREDIET - TÖNISSTEINER + 7'00
19 Roy Sentjens PREDICTOR - LOTTO + 9'16
20 Roger Hammond LANDBOUWKREDIET - TÖNISSTEINER s.t.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Next year's Pro Tour
Chocolade Jaques and Ceramica Panaria will not be seen in the Pro Tour next year anymore. They will be replaced by Unibet.com and Barloworld.

The game has no chosen Brugge as WC host. it's flat again, with one small hill. I could keep this one, or switch it to Aspen. |
