Well, Aru does seem suspicious (huge progress, Italian, Astana), but I don't want to condemn him too soon.
I don't know what Henderson's accusations are based on, but it would be pretty stupid of him to tweet something like that without any evidence. The riders know more then us of course.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Well it is libel unless it can be proved to be true, so yeah Greg is open to legal action if Aru chose to go that way.
It's a pretty bold statement to make. You'd assume Greg knows something serious for that reason, but if he had that kind of proof you hope he's passed it on to the relevant authorities to take action on.

The governing bodies are telling teams to get their act together before they've counted to three.
One... two... two-and-a-half...two-and-three-quarters...
There's a fine line between "psychotherapist" and "psycho the rapist"

Chapeau to Henderson (of course if he didnt pull it out of thin air). I wish all the riders were like this. Corrupted UCI, in your face!

Well that was long lived, and cue legal action from Aru/Astana as well by the initial looks of things. I applaud someone for speaking out and it should be doe more often, but you need to protect yourself either by being kinda vague of by having some genuine proof to fall back on.

That would be absolutely hillarious.
But i fear nothing like that would be possible with a good lawyer on the other side...
I am sick of the world, where you cant say something without danger of being eventually sued. They say it is for freedom, but actually that is quite fascist.

It's not great to see Henderson under threat for that comment and in an ideal world you would be able to say something like that without worry.
However Aru is part of a team fighting for it's very existence against such issues as doping of it's riders, so there can be no surprise that Aru (or rather Aru's management alongside Astana) is looking at legal action. All Greg had to do was not say @Aru and there would be no problem but he very publicly called out Aru specifically which is libel and is punishable. You might not like it, and i don't, but it's easy to understand why.

I disagree with you there, you can't go accusing people of doing illegal stuff without evidence. Especialy in cycling, once you're accused of doping, it sticks with you for the rest of your career. If untrue, Henderson caused some serious damage to Aru.
So either Henderson is incredibly stupid and should get a punishment for that, either he knows something we don't.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

There is absolutely nothing fascist about that. He isnt just saying 'anything', he is accusing Aru of being a doper (without any evidence of course, but you would assume he better be 110% correct after posting something like that on fucking twitter) and basically putting his career in jeopardy by saying that |

How do you know that? Anyway i thought you gave up on trying to discuss with me as you said, but welcome back mate, there is place for you too in my hearth.
I laugh at manager of Aru, who said A famous athlete like Greg Henderson, who has 30,000 followers on Twitter, can’t cause huge damage to a person like Fabio, his Astana team and the sport in this way
Thanks god that Astana itself is not damaging the image of sport for years, because then it would be hypocritical statement, wouldnt it?

Because he doesnt have shown any evidence, only accused without proof. Thats why I say he better be right about it and be able to back it up. I would assume he has since it would be extremely dumb to post something like that otherwise and I dont expect Henderson to be that dumb
Anyways, yeah, I did give up, but when you are uttering apeshit like it being the same as fascism, you gotta know that it is absolutely ridiculous |

If Henderson tweeted that to Sagan you'd be first to sue him. |

Lol what sort of evidence do you think he has? I mean, it's not like I doubt his secret private investigating skills, but I don't think he has used them this time.
The only evidence he has is he's been around for a while and knows when things are blatant enough to presume something like this. Also a pair of huge balls to speak out in this fashion.
