Very-very smart move Ollfardh, this way Sep will be a 80 CO rider with the natural progression and Wilco with +2 will be a half - monster |

Also, the natural progression will be counted for the custom riders too? |

No, but I do have a small free upgrade in mind. I'm just in doubt at the moment if I want to give it accross the board or only to riders that have been active enough.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

I suggest the earlier option from obvious reasons, but its your decison |

But when in doubt, I'd like to hear opinions, so yeah
PS: jaxika asked a question in PM that others might be interested inas well, the compensation for a banned rider will go into your budget

Depends on what the upgrade is. Free upgrade of any stat to 60, give it to everyone. Free upgrade of any stat between 70 and 75, give it to the active riders.

Good point, the idea an upgrade to further incease more balanced riders. It would change the 1 or 2 stats below 60 to 60. If you already had a balaced rider with no stats below 60, I'll increase the highest stat as a reward.

Sounds to me like people get awarded for making unbalanced riders. A guy who has 55 in two stats, gets 10 free points. Someone who has 55 in one, gets 5 free points. If you have none, you get one free point?
Why not base the natural progress on the age factor? 18-19 year olds get +5, 20-22 year old +3, 23 year olds get +1 in their lowest stat. The percentage upgrade knows little difference, seeing as how most riders manage to increase 2-3 stats anyway and the rest of the points are lost.

I'd much rather see balance rewarded than trying to make more balance. I was just trying to make a contrast between a low value upgrade and a high value upgrade.
Like Shonak said it's practically rewarding one-stat focus when we prefer balance and realism.
A way to promote balance fairly would be to lower the cost of upgrading sub-65 stats. Given the current systems we've used it's going to cost 345points to go from 55 to 60 and take 3 season parts. Have more than one stat at 55? Well that's double! It's cheaper and quicker to go from 74 to 77 (302points, 2 season parts) for example.
Balance can be rewarded by giving out free points/upgrades to riders with all stats over a certain point. All stats 60+, get a free upgrade between 65-69. All stats 65+, get a free upgrade between 70-74 but you can't upgrade that stat again in the same season part. All stats 70+, get a free upgrade of any value.

Uhm... I got a tiny problem with Di Silvestro.
https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....ost_853465 The stats I've upgraded in part 1 for some reason aren't added, except resistance.
Which means I've upgraded prologue to 73 twice now.

Which from? btw...how does it come, that my HQ got me 0 points...i understand, that it is by far not as good as other HQs, but 0 points, for me is like "non-existant"...
and to prove, that my HQ exists, here is a link: https://pcmdaily.c...d_id=37296

The same as I said to Nacho earlier, you'll be the manager of Quick Step next year. The points here now are based on this season. Your work on the HQ will be rewarded in the first part of next year

Ok...but how did Vacansoleil get 295 points? I mean, even Kubys made an HQ which was there...not worth 200 points, for sure...but there was an HQ

Kubys' HQ did give him points for the previous season parts, but he did notthing this season part. I gave you OPQS a bit earlier so you could claim it before others, but I can't consider you as a manager for this season, since race selections and everything was done already.

That's a good point, although when creating your rider, you lose points when going over 70 and 75, and now you get a point without penalties. But I see one point is definitely not enough, would 2 or 3 work? But then the upgrade would become very powerfull (and really should go to only active people imo)..
