Kwiatkowski was 11th at the intermediate sprint. So, why he suddenly dropped soon after the sprint?

Im not sure what you are trying to say? because it sounds like your trying to disagree but ends up just confirming what i just said.

My mistake, thought you said that Contador had done well alone in the Dauphine and didn't need strong helpers.
My second point is he actually has a decent team, and you shouldn't ecpect his mountain helpers to be there on the flat, where Mørkøv, Bennatti and Tossato are there.

Nope, the opposite i mean its absolute terrible and Riis has some explaining to do by allowing such a weak team in the biggest race of the season and the one where Contador actually have a shot at winning.

But it is kinda funny, last year Saxo was amazingly strong but failed because Contador was in his worst form, this year Contador seems to be in his lifes form and now his team is weaker than ever.

So looks like Voeckler is up for the polka dot again this year, from an early stage too. Tomorrow taking it easy and surviving for him then wouldn't be surprised to see him get some points on some other flat stages to take the jersey as soon as possible before more breaks in the Vosges - plenty of gurning to come...

Lotto again working for Kittel today.

Will it be possible that contador will form some kind of alliance with kwiatkowski or other low top 10 contender? Do riders even do such things?
Thanks

Henderson and De Clerq.

So two of the important helpers.

So Lotto's power down...not looking good for a competitive sprint here.

does anyone know why BMC has the yellow numbers, with Sky leading the team classification? I think Sky is wearing them as well

Nope, not with Kwiatkowski but alliances do happen, but its usually among riders who have a history like Contador and Rodriguez or Contador and Sánchez.

Sure they while help each other. As long as it benefits themselves. As soon as it's not in their own best interest they stop.
