Yeah, Majka hasnt just lost time, but bunch of it. Seems like he is either in bad shape or just not motivated, probably both. I kinda hope that he just gets through the first week without spending too much energy and will be available in the mountains, but I doubt it. He will probably be there to some extent, but I dont see him being among the best 20 in the mountains. |

it shows that you are not supporting them as a gloryhunter. ie if you support Chris Froome, you want people to know you're not just jumping on the bandwagon.

If this girl is strikingly ugly enough for you to make the content of your only comment regarding that picture solely about that, society has real issues.

Yeah, society has real issues based on that comment, holy crap. I wonder when it will fall apart when such replies once in a while are posted on the PCMDaily!
Cme on, man. I was joking and the girl is obviously not pretty. But what a nice selfie! Is it acceptable now? |

I'm watching the summary of todays stage.
I placed a bet on Andy Schleck to not make it within the top 10. Can I just get my money now?
Edit: Also, Cav is appearantly considering taking legal actions against Alexander Kristoff and suing him for saying that Cav caused the crash "on purpose" due to way too aggressive racing.

Lately, half of my day consists of helping a young girl I grew very fond of recuperate from a suicide attempt and anorexia at least partly caused by a poor body view, unrealistic role models and inconsiderate comments in today's youth and (social) media.
You're probably just unlucky having the wrong guy read your post. I can't take a joke about that topic anymore.

The real question is why is this a socially acceptable method of screwing around?

What do you think he has a idiot for a boss who think he is the next jesus and can walk on water and ride two GC´s in a row and 1 where he hasn´t even trained for it.
i will bet that Majka wont last the 3 weeks and he will retire right after the 1st mountain stage where he will show that he is no form to help at all. |

The real question is why people even bother to argue about this in a TDF race thread
baseballlover312, 06-03-14 : "Nuke Moscow...Don't worry Russia, we've got plenty of love to go around your cities"
Sarah Palin, 08-03-14 (CPAC, on Russian aggression) : "The only thing that stops a bad guy with a nuke is a good guy with a nuke"
Big thanks to jdog for making this AMAZING userbar!

Easy job for Kittel once again. Best sprinter with best train, no doubt about the winner. Sagan doing what he has to do, i am glad that those he lost all his sprint abilities trash talk was way off. Constant podiums is what matter for his goal. Coquard looks like only other sprinter interested in green jersey, i like him, they can have a nice rivalry with Peter in years to come.

When it comes down to the fan discussion, there is one thing I can't stand.
That is when you "advertise" with something like (Sorry, but Kritzo is the only one I remember doing it): Rafal Majka fan since 2011
Why the hell does one want to write this? To feel superior because one has followed the rider since 2011? Does it really make you a "better fan" just because you followed Majka from 2011 and not when you saw him in the Tour?
Personally I think it's bullshit, no matter when you start to like a rider, it doesn't make you less a fan / supporter than one who has followed him for years. Just to get that aspect of the fan discussion in as well.
Seems more of an attempt to pick on me, than stating it as a tendency amongst some. I don't really see your reason for posting, but whatever.
Yep, I do this to feel like a better fan. I feel so much more superior, when doing this.
I do this to show people that I am not a bandwagoner, gloryhunter etc.
But I have taken it down for your sake, and I hope that you indeed are happy now.

Since when has it become that riding two Grand Tours in a row is such an hated feat for a rider? What's Adam Hansen then? The punching bag of Sergeant?
He lacks training and probably recovery time too, yes. But Majka isn't a youngster anymore either and they don't expect him to ride for GC, where one can argue that they'd over-use him. It's just helping duties now in the high mountains. He now simply uses first week for training purposes, much like Purito, whilst also saving his legs. He had some time off the bike and it'd be weird if he was racing great already... I mean, like how?
He also won't be able to compensate for Kreuziger's loss, but alas, maybe Rogers, Roche and Majka can do it together. They had the chance to ride Giro for their own, now it's Tour-time for them - helping Contador & making Tinkov happy.
"It’s a little bit scary when Contador attacks." - Tommy V
