Why would compleltey new game be already on summer sale my Serbian Chemistry buddy?
Idk, I remember buying it on a sale just few weeks after release, last year. I'd kill myself if it was (and I bought if by full price), so it's better that it isn't.

Good logic to be fair.
Cyanide Employee: '' We just relesaed the game. Fuck it, lets' give them 50% discount on the first day. What is money good for anyway?? ''
Well, if they could put it on a sale just ~two (three at most) weeks after a release last year, I can't see why they shouldn't do the same this year, too.
Also, it's Cyanide, so we won't even talk about how logic it is.
Steam sells it as a dicount on a pre sale deal, then after a half year, they should be making it part of the Christmas/winter sales That's what I am used to see

Big thanks to jdog for making this AMAZING userbar!

Big difference between Cyanide game-logic and economy-logic there, mate.
Cyanide knows how to make money.
Indeed. Given that centerpiece of their economic logic, is to make the unfinished buggy game, which everybody still buys year by year, they are not bad in it...
