Zingle did almost as well here as VdHH in Tirreno. That's awesome.
Thanks for the reports Cunego. It was a great and exciting race that you really brought to life.

Dyrnes!
That's by far the most enjoyable result we've had this season Just brilliant to see him go all in for that King of the Mountains jersey.
Thanks for great reporting all the way through, Cunego59. The battle to avoid relegation looks really interesting after these three stage races with several of the promoted teams scoring very well. And I do suspect we're right down there, but it's too early to care. I'm just thrilled to see Dyrnes win the mountain jersey |

Collapsed a bit on the final stage there, bit of a shame but thanks for the reports Cunego.

Koretzky is my best rider so far. His 2nd stagewin here
Despite Boily losing 3 spots in the GC this will easily make up for that. Boily also 3rd in the youth, while Koretzky takes 5th in the mountainsjersey.
Guerao sucks, but we got what we came for. A stagewin.

Well, Good Energy obviously couldn't be bothered to defend the KoM jersey after two consecutive wins here, and Diggle drops two places in GC after Palini goes in the better group for some odd reason.
Guarnieri making it in the peloton on that stage is a surprise, and rather needless.
Some quality reports though, loved the action, even if Good Energy were a little quiet at times. But I can't expect much more with a weak hilly squad here.

Thanks for the reports cunego.
That last stage is exactly what I wanted for Gastauer, some nice gaps and up to 7th overall - finishing highest of the non time triallists. He has pretty much achieved the maximum he could do in the race.
Great final stage for Rothaus there, and another breakaway win for Festina. Both Rothaus and Tinkoff will score highly imagine, but how that compares to other races will be interesting to see.

Thanks for excellent reporting.
10 th for Roche is really disappointing result. I can' t expect beating Trofimov, Phinney or Gesink, but finishing behind "one-way" riders like Gastauer and Claeys doesn' t make any sence to me.
Also Izagirre did absolutely nothing, he could easily finish much higher with his skills. Mohs tried, but even trained, he still needs pan flat stage to succeed.
Congratz to Tinkoff, Trofimov was clearly best rider here.

Awesome stage win by Reimer, who did extremely well overall in this race. A shame he slipped a little by the end.
Also nice to see Schreurs try his best. Just wasn't good enough in this field. |
