Viviani and Colbrelli are my sprinters, so its not going well. However, when Kittel leaves and we get to hillier stages I should improve. |

Kittel is an obvious choice. After three days of Giro he is 20 times more worth than his buying price. |

Not a bad start for My Roman legion with top25 so far. Kittel and Matthews look like ideal choices for the first couple of stages. Really, anybody without Kittel will have a bad time. It is like competing in classics or Tour without Sagan.

Blah, Swift will smash him.

Depends. If Kittel drops out on stages 14-16 and Viviani goes on to win two more stages and the maglia rossa, I doubt the 6 points more were worth it.

Another reason to like the classics - the fantasy version is less luck orientated

It's good news for my fantasy team since I went for Swift and Mezgec as my sprinters. Mezgec mainly because he was cheap, and for if Kittel abandoned before the last sprint stage. Suddenly that move could become quite beneficial if Mezgec does take over the Giant sprinter's role from today!

Going for Viviani and adding Mezgec for the flat stages after Kittel leaves suddenly seems like a great idea

I too went for Viviani and Mezgec in my team, as well as leaving out Dan Martin. I'm most pleased! |

I went for Kittel and Mezgec with the idea of assist points then probably taking over around half way for Mezgec - possible silver lining I guess. |

Now it looks like a seriously bad mistake to change Mezgec for Avila on the last day! Kittel withdrawing should put all of you having Mezgec in a great position, also compared to other teams outside PCM Daily. One of you might even have a chance on overall victory |
