Nice gang of talents, Vasiliev would look good on my team (A)
Considering your liste earlier (dunno how I missed it), you would need a crazy bid for me to let Brandle or Zepuntke go :-p There's also some other riders on your list I might fight you for
It's a wishlist, not a realistic "go-get" list Brändle is a really cool type of rider, he reminds me a lot of Tim Dees, although the combination of 74MO and 76TT isn't worth anything in the PT any longer. So Brändles combination of 76MO and 79TT would be immensely interesting, although the 71HI stat is slightly worrying seeing how "shitty" a rider such as Martijn Keizer has performed with a similar stat setup (he was then trained quite a bit though, but still not performing really well).
Zepunkte has been one of my favorite talents ever since he was implemented into the game. A rider with 81COB and a potential to have both 70HI and 70SPR aswell is really potent... I think, however that I will end up trying to make Tom David a top cobbler instead. He will lack the top stat, but instead he will be 75HI and also 70SPR, but with a better acceleration. I guess that he will never be a top rider though because of his relatively low endurance. (76).

Well, you should be safe until 2016 when they are maxed.
I guess you plan to replace Ricco then with Lecuisinier as GT rider and Koretzky as main classic rider, so that you don`t need Ricco at all then. Spilak could still be there in case he is not already replaced then.
Coquard should be on a good price in 2016. Not expensive.
And all other riders shouldn`t be very expensive neither.
Your problem might be that after 2016 5-6 riders will get huge contracts due to their point scoring I guess. So in 2017 you might have to trade half of them, but this is big money to be spent on Lecuisinier, Coquard, Koretzky, David then.
I like my talents, too btw. Just not sure how I will improve from being PT/PCT hop on hop off team with them without a single good scorer without huge training.
I seriously doubt that I can afford to have all my talents maxed out while also having Spilak. I would love to be able to do so, but I can't see it happen. So I need to re-think what I want to do when I see what the current wages will be like for the 2015 season. The main thought was, like you mention, to make Koretzky (in combination with 79 Pichon, 77 Le Gac, 77 Gougeard and 75 David) ride the hilly stuff and let Lecuisinier try to get a top 10 GT or something like that. His final stats with 81MO and 77TT might be slightly better than Ricco, but I don't think he will be strong enough to do a top 5 without serious amounts of training.
Óscar Guerao is probably going this season, which should make me stay inside the salary cap (I suspect that Ricco will go down a bit because of his shitty season, while Spilak can't go much higher than his current 820K - He might go to 950K or so, but higher than that and he will leave).
This season I will try to get a few more talents, so I can keep the flow going, instead of topping in 2016, only to start over again
Endurance of 76 is actually not that low imo.
Look at Vanmarcke or Nooytens. 77 and 76 and had top 10 results in big classics this year while only being 79 and 76 in cob.
So I would be surprised if David would be too weak because of the endurance stat.
Btw. Cancellara 76, Summerhill 76.

I guess you are right. I just figured he would struggle to achieve top results, when looking at the guys at the top, and those comming up from youth ranks:
I would be delighted if he could stay somewhere around top 10 in all the cobbled classics though. I see him a bit as Sinkeldam and Trentin and hope to make him a bit better, so the results will be more regular.
Once again a reminder of how impressive a group of talents you've assembled - and how badly I messed up not managing to sign any. Definitely a very strong squad for the future, and if you ever become cap strapped I'll happily take some Frenchmen off your hands

This is always exactly my feeling when I check through other teams, who did sign lots of big time talents within my focus.
So far I got 0/8 or so on biggest talents. Could eventually add Olivier there as well, but with big time talents I mean PT ready riders when maxed.

Yep. In one season France had Lecuisinier, Barguil, Koretzky, Pichon, Paillot, Senechal, Daniel, Demare and Coquard added and I signed none of them. Also missed out on all the second tier talents except Petit and Bardet. But when the likes of Latour and Boudat are eventually added I'll try to correct that
Not much to add from my side, and it's not like you don't know yet how much I love AND hate your team for that future core.

Sorry guys, if I knew that two years later you're still not completely over it...
Hehe some interesting stuff there. Keep it up by any means. My HQ is for chit chats exactly like this, so I enjoy these small discussions about talents :-)
I think all areas are covered in my teams in terms of talents. One GC rider, One GC domestique, 2 Hilly riders, 2 Hilly domestiques, 1 Sprinter, 1 Cobbler and 2 TTers. I need some more cobbled depth as currently only David and Keukeleire can ride cobbles in my team, and I guess I need one more TTer that can also survive hills/climbs. Paillot will be decent in that aspect, but one more would be nice.

You have a fantastic team once every rider in your team is maxed. Especially your bumpy sprint section is amazing. Sprinters: 83,81,79,77,77,77,77,76 (and a left out 76,74,73,73) is going to be amazing. You can have two dedicated sprinters teams, much like Pokerstars. And in terms of hills: 80,80,77,77,76,75 and downwards. Absolutely brilliant, although both Kelderman and especially Vogt needs training to compete at the top PT level. In the PCT they are awesome, but in the PT they will lack the strength to do anything except for a few top 10s I reckon. Kelderman could, with +2HI be a pretty consistant top 10 ardennes rider, Vogt needs more though. But your 77 guys will be looking to sweep up scraps with especially Felline (who lacks a bit in the flat though). Needless to say Herklotz will become a beast, but even so his maxed out stats needs quite some training to really go for the wins. I know Alarcon and Schleck managed to do so this season, but I believe the new PCM version is more balanced meaning the top riders such as Spilak and Pluchkin will be better. And by that also quite a lot of other relatively young riders (Phinney, Taaramae and so on) will push him hard to achieve high-end top 5s. Bongiorno and Nerz are both very cool riders, but in the PT they will get quite few points unless they are targeting stages and mountain competitions, which seems to be a bit of a lottery to be honest. In terms of cobbles you have a good fan of quality from Daniel, Declerq, Ringheim and some minor helpers, and I really do hope Daniel will be a good rider, but yet again he should just be getting top 10s here and there. Your TT team is rather weak, compared to many PT teams. 80 from Sütterlin might bring a few points here and there but 77 from van Baarle is just some random figure. I think I once got a few fluke TT points from Navardauskas who is 77 aswell, but besides that it takes either A) 79+ to even get points or B) A strong set of backup stats to make them go easily through mountains/hills, and I don't think his stats are really up for that to be honest.
I have Paillot as a mixture of van Baarle and Sütterlin, and I still believe it will need atleast 2,6mio worth of training to make him score consistently, and he will have 70MO and 71HI. Vlatos will be 81TT, but has got no backup stats, so I guess he needs to be atleast 83TT to get a decent amount of points.
That being said, I would be interested in atleast half your team
