I've got a whole transfer season plan all lined up!
I'm bargaining on relegating, in which case I will build a super-team in the CT ranks. Keeping Augustyn, Hategeka and buying Van Heerden (82SPR) and R van Rensburg (78TT/PRL). And I'll have 3 75MOU helpers and a 75HIL co-leader. That's the plan

It's pretty unbelievable actually how true that is... that there's one team absolutely everyone likes... still, not hard to see why.
And I can only second the first part, I've also been sorting out some stuff already (though only for the case that we should cut it for promotion).
Spoiler *Sssshhhh* ... we might be venturing a bit further afield ... *sssssshhhhhh*

I would doubt that plan purely based on wages... but keep underperforming and who knows what'll happen
My CT planning was great to be competitive on all major terrains then we started doing well and who knows now...

Thanks for the kind words guys! I'm sure if we go to CT next season we'll be the ones dominating for a change.
And Tsmoha, I'll reveal it as soon as it's finished. It's unlikely to be the final 2015 version because there's a strong possibility that I'll design a completely new one a week before the season starts.

ATM, I've managed to fit them all within the wage cap believe it or not! Assuming Hategeka takes a minor decrease, which I'm sure he will, and that I loan out 4 of my level 3/4 guys

You aren't, but the real question here is, am I the only one sorting out 2018 season stuff already?

Would genuinly be interesting to see if a relegating PCT team could build a dominating CT team, while battling with the reduced wage limit and squad size. I suppose they already have an advantage over new teams, with renewals wages tending to be kinder than the free agent market.
Still plenty of time for Project Africa to avoid facing that though!

I've got a shortlist of a squad for a maxed-out and trained Meintjes

It all depends on actual wages I think.
PT to PCT works as well as shown by the teams at the moment.
I did built my team the same with low wages.
But as said, plenty of points to grab eventually. |

Haha, plan for the worst and hope for the best!
Renewals are far kinder. I mean I can get Augustyn for 150k (which is a bargain for a strong CT leader), Hategeka can be just under 200k and then I'll have a returning Rabie (75Hil, 70TT) for 50k. Not to mention other strong helpers who will be there for the minimum.

Yeah.
Don't forget I'm coming down as well (Best races this season are over, most likely) and I'll have Topchanyuk (77MO), Efimkin (Decrease, still more than decent), Vaitkus (Same as Efimkin), Prevar (77HI), Ulanowski, Polivoda... And if wages allow me to keep Konovalovas I'm the winner already...
Good luck tho

It depends if you count me wondering what maxed out Boudat and Latour will be like
Intrigued by the new jersey Aidan and looking forward to seeing it. Think its almost time for me to request a new one after the awesome job you do for mine last season |

Augustyn 150k
Hategeka 200k
Van Heerden 150k
2x 100k riders
10x 50k riders
Could work.

I don't think Boudat results this year will mean he'll be special..like someone else

Even with no results, but just increase stats he'll (Rabie) will increase in wage. Not 100% sure, but I believe so at least, so watch out for that.
Amazing HQ, love reading all the updates and I hope you can stay in PCT. You've been doing amazingly well considering you lost your best climber before the season started. Although I guess going down to CT ain't too bad, I mean there's part of me thinking I'd prefer not to promote, but stay in PCT and continue winning lots of races .Which is highly unlikely in PT

My two leaders (80 SP; 78 HI) cost that much together.
But honestly, if that plan works out, you'd absolutely boss the division.

You wanna stay up or you wanna have Benoot?
And no, wondering what two riders that aren't even in the DB yet will look like when maxed doesn't count.

If you're not too stupid in renewals, 60k max I'd say.

Thanks! That would be another scary team, but I'm willing to bet that you'll stay in PCT. So no CT free-ride for you.

Thanks mate. It'll take a while until it's finally finished. I've tried to drift away from the all-black kit that looks too similar to Venchi's kit.

More or less my notion. All though, the 2 x 100k is spread out between about 4/5 riders earning between 50k-80k, with of course 2/3 less riders only on 50k. Rabie should be ~60k, compared to Duggan (Free Agent) on 205k.

Oh, don't worry. I've made provision with ~80k to spare for exactly the case where riders ask for increases.
Thanks once again! It was completely my fault though (I think I ended up going 2k over the cap). You'd think that someone who will be doing applied math in uni won't making a counting mistake. Being at the top of any sort of rankings next season is a plus of relegation. Not that I'm aiming for relegation.

Mendes for 80k, yea, but Drapac, seriously? Is he even able to climb the stairs at his house?

Yes. You will be receiving a cookie per mail.
And at least he outclimbs Maksimov, IIRC.

After last year's plunder where Meintjes finished on 2.99, we are happy to announce that we've done all our calculations correctly. One would expect this from a person who will be studying math at uni, but with me you never know.
