I still prefer the old system, seems more fair as in the serpentine system I might be in the middle every time, so although A and U get good and bad riders, I would only ever get average, not my favourite choice. If we randomly pick from everyone who selected that rider as first choice then it's more fair I think.

Lets say you were 10th in R1, you will be 12th in R2. Over 8 rounds you end up with a total of 88. The same as every other team.
Also remember as every team must have an average of 70AVG every team is forced into picking up lower AVG riders, leaving more higher AVG riders available. This gives more opportunity to all teams.
For a good look at how it creates fairness go have a look at the UCPCL squads. The middle teams certainly were not weaker.

Finally , i understand this game. You made it complicated with all of these posts/comments. So, when we have to choose jersey (i want my old Husky jersey , if possible) , when to select legend and when that draft is?

It's pretty unrealistic that that can happen. There'll always be a few guys who can't be there due to personal reasons, and then you have the timezones...

I know. I will at least try, but if not lists of riders will have to be submitted.
Perhaps with slot no.1 being the leader slot no.2 being a super domestique
slot no.3 being a domestique etc....
and each slot you can have a first choice and two backup choices.
I think that bringing everybody together at the same time is unrealistic really, but if you'd just have one round a day, it'd still be done quite quickly. Maybe TMM can tell us how long the first 9 rounds of the UCPCL Draft took?

Don't remember exactly, but can be found in the thread. Longer than The Rider would like i expect. Probably 10 days at best, more likely 15+.
The idea of Slot's with a number of options is good. It's basically the normal method, just kind of all at once. Of course some people will have to write down a lot of riders (like 21+) for some slots, but at least then it is fair.
Equally getting everyone together at once would sort it all out in a matter of hours, but that is never going to happen. I've seen 40+ people online at once, but only when the big DB's are released or its a TDF stage or the Man-Game has something serious happening.
Yes, but some sort of options would be kind of nice, for say if you've got a climber, a climber and a sprinter on your list, that then you could say "if i get one of the climbers, domstique x is my first pick in round 2, andd if i get the sprinter, domestique y is my first pick, if you know what i mean.
No we are not having a draft for jerseys.
