@jaxica: No. Wiggins is trul no GT material any more. Only a good domestique.
@everyone else: Let him! He choose that team. Everyone else could have chosen that one. Dont forget that he had extremely luck at times. J-Rod abandoned from the vuelta. Hanzen was the best EPIC rider. If that would not have been, it would be much closer in the rankings. He has a great team, of course. But there always be good and bad teams. Its a game, you know. Nobody likes to lose a good team, and if he loses some strength under the same rules as everyone else, its ok, but its not, if you strip him of his riders.

He can still get a top 10 in a GT with this stats. But he is not good enough for Sky to be a GT material.

Not sure bout that... The gap before the Angirlu stage was 2'07 and Froome was bearing Rodriguez in every mountain top finish until Angrilu

Normally, you'd lose both Uran and Wiggins, as both didn't get their demands met. In the spirit of Christmas however, there's an extra chance:
Uran and Wiggins storm your office together "We are not happy!"
Sir Bradley starts: "I wanted sole leadership. You gave me a Froomedog once, but he didn't listen very well, did he? This Urandog doesn't seem much better, he might drop me in the mountains as well. I've proven enough, I want to solo lead a GT again!"
Uran continues: "I don't want to be a domestique anymore, I got 3rd in the Vuelta. If I can't get full lead here, some other team like Quick Step might be interested in me. You can't seriously think this old bag of bones is better then me?"
They now start walking slowly towards you, with outstreched arms "Choose! Choose Choose! ..."
Management : Uran do a GT as a leader, Wiggins can do smaller races + TTs, if isnt enough, you can search yourself GT leadership elsewhere. |

Uran is fully satisfied. Wiggins however gives you some cynical curses, slams the door behind him and becomes a Free Agent (not available for draft since he has 77+ stats)
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Dear MArk, we want to send to TDF to fight for the point jersey and we are glad to help you with a good sprint train. |

Benedikt Weschenbach is not amused to hear that, after you promised him to lead the tdf, sprint wise.
He now demands to lead the Vuelta and the Vattenfall Cyclassics
