You're welcome. Turns out it was the only chance we had to affect the GC
So Leontenko's 7th place on Stage 4 only gives him a 33rd place overall. With no attacks on stages 3 and 4 and no hopes now for any GC place or a sprint win, we have to go in attack to get something on the last day!
And Wurf responded pretty well with a 4th place and the King of Mountains jersey!!

I slowly get into the fascination of the man-game. These race reports are much more thrilling reads when you're somehow involved.
Overall a pretty much expected result of Zoegas in Padania. Am still slightly disappointed about the mediocre outcome of the queen stage.
But Krzysztof Kuzniak's 6th place in the final stage (2nd of the mass sprint) is as surprising as satisfying.

In the overrall the team is pretty happy: 3rd, 5th in two stages and 5th in GC are good results. Ah also the 2nd in team classifications! I think we can be very happy.

What a last stage that was! I was cheering for Sabido to get some seconds, but at the same time I hoped he wouldn't lose his podium place if the guys in front would get a gap on him.
2nd in GC is a very good result for us. Sabido also won the points jersey to underline his overall abilities, and Tarqui was pretty close in the KoM competition.
I hope the team can keep this form up for the next races!
