Sounds like Sagan off the back? If so ramp it up from 90% break win to 99% break win (give or take 1% ). |

Just watched the repeat of mount ventoux stage.I m starting to think that Sky might not be completely doped as i assumed.
Reason for this is Sky might have gain some advantage over rivals using technology(although not so much as u see).
(1) If u closely watch froome rider up the mountains there is rarely a point when he is out of his saddle.I am not a mountain biker but some say it is better when u sit down on the saddle as ur weight offers better traction.(doubt that though:roll
(2) Froome heads drops almost every 5 secs to check the power-meter.Maybe it also displays his heart-rate n so he knows when he is likely to go into the red.(although i seroisly doubt that Froome-bot ever goes into the red).Guys playing PCM will vouch that a dot-effort is more effectively that multiple attacks.I guess Sky staff have been playing a lot of PCM since its formation.
(3) Sport-Science has really evolved in the last decade helping to understand about human body.(although in Froome-bot case it must be alien body..Still fond it difficult to believe that one's form can be sustained for that long.)
Last year's vuelta as a case in hand suggest that recovery of Froome was not that great. So how did he maintain a high level of form through the spring season with only gap of about 40 odd days in between his last ride and dauphine.
Only way to know for sure is next year if Uran does leave sky how will his performance be.

I hope Gilbert takes the stage, that way people [i.e. commentators] might stop talking about the stupid/non-existant 'curse of the rainbow jersey'

Yeah absolutely and there are lots of other examples (Evans 2010 springs to mind - 5th Giro, 1st Fleche), which is what annoys me so much.

That's cycling for you, even the best don't win most of the time (Gilbert's wonder year excluded). It's like once you're world champion this simple statistical fact should be ignored and you should suddenly become invincible. |

Also considering Albasini burnt some energy the other day before the sprint he wasn't far off Trentin so he's my (predictable) bet if someone doesn't get away on the descent.

He should be the strongest sprinter with likes of Costa,Gallopin,Gilbert and Velits. But last climb and descend should shatter the group.

Well i've found this pretty list:
naszosie.pl/2013/07/klasyfikacja-zaro...ment-21243
Omega has earned the most so far 82.740€
in the last place we have cofidis with not even 5000€ earned.

I hope Voeckler wins today, just because no Frenchman has won a stage yet. |

It's payback for all those idiots (including Gendarmes) standing on the wrong side of the barriers. Please note I can denote nationality just by looking at people from a helicopter shot on a low res TV image. |

Go Costa go Costa! He'll need to shed Gilbert and Gallopin in the last climb. |
