no, not really. let's just say that there's a large amount of shit Briatore and his drivers have done that has been well proven in court, but that no one gets arrested for because he has too much power.

To be honest I've never even heard of that French dude I don't know anything about racing outside the top-flight F1 racing. I don't even know any British youngsters other than Will Stevens (go-kart master) who's just signed with Honda at 16yr oldB)

You could say that Monteiro is better since he does have a podium to his credit

accept for his poor drive for minardi , anyway, back onto F1 why wont Force india give a race seat to Vitantonio liuzzi, he is way better than Sutil, and at least deserves a try. they wont get anywhere with Sutil, he has only finished 1 race!!

he drove for Jordan/Midland, not Minardi
I agree, Liuzzi is extremely talented, but had his career ruined by Mateschitz and Berger just because they see money above anything else.
He'll never be the superstar he was going to be now, he's lost too many years in his development.

but id give him a go in the india, i mean fisi has been pushing for the 2nd qualifying phase, so luizzi may do better, whereas sutil isnt cut out for this height of racing. sorry abou the montiero thing, i was thinking of freisacker, doesnt montiero race with andy priaux?

Sutil has a lot of talent but keeps making stupid mistakes. We'll see what happens. I'd still give Liuzzi a seat however.
Monteiro races in the WTCC but for SEAT. He dominated the last two rounds at Puebla last weekend. But due to a blown engine he "only" won one of the races.
He says he has offers from F1 but didn't want to go because he wouldn't be racing for a decent team. He also says he'll be there in a decent car in either 2009 or 2010. I'm not sure I believe him.

haha very nice, id have taken the F1 seat if i was him, he would have got much more exposure for other racing series. Another thing that baffled me was the way they chose the driver for Force india. Didnt everyone practice accept fisi and he automatically got the seat, i mean Klien was much more deserving of a seat.
Also on someones point that no good drivers were from or in A1GP, Hulkenberg is good, I still Like Alexandre Premat and Nicolas Lapierre and nelson Piquet Jr raced in the championship aswell.

Klien is a guy who screwed up every chance he got. And because he's austrian and so is Red Bull, he got a bucketload of them
Hulkenberg is an asshole who thinks he's god's gift to racing. I can count the number of penalties he gets for ramming people out of the way. The others aren't really that good.
Except for Piquet who is decent but has one of the worst attitudes I've ever seen in a racer. He obviously thinks the world owes him.

Seems Vettel will move to Red Bull next season, they're said to want him badly.
There are essays in Barcelona these days. It's hard to analyse the times since slick tires are being used at times, but more or less it can be concluded that Ferrari is still way faster than any one else, Renault and Force India improved nicely, and to a lesser extent Honda. |

Piquet Jr.
How is that possible? I know his dad sucked in his first couple of races and then came good, but this guy just plain sucks. I'm sure it's not possible for him to come 2nd and Fisichella so far up in the Force India, what a weird track

Guys, word of advice: practice means nothing. seeing the Aguris or whoever else at the front in practice is perfectly normal
Aquarius, I thought you'd learned from the last time about the french A1GP team
And addy, Piquet is actually decent. it's just a steep learning curve. that plus he's an asshole

Well, Montagny couldn't overtake the guy in front of him in A1GP for his first races there. We'll see if it's the same thing next week or if he does better.
Though he finished 2nd in the last ChampCar race, for his first race there.
