Tour Méditerranéen: Stage 4
The queen stage. Can Oss hold onto his Yellow Jersey? He has 54 seconds lead in front of his biggest threats like Sorensen or Poels.
The brave escapees of the day. They obviously had to be chased down before the big climbs...
Valls was working really hard to do so. Well done by him!
Löfkvist decided to attack on the small penultimate climb. This started a chain of attacks, including Poels, Kiryienka, and other pseudo-favourites.
But here came the big rocket! C.A.Sorensen decided to attack on the last climb, as we expected. Ulissi, Nieve and the other guys immediately came to the front and started the chase. Meanwhile Anton was still protecting Oss.
3km to go, C.A.S. is still in the lead! But as you can see, Oss is still hanging on along with Anton!
Sorensen takes the stage win in front of Anton... And Oss sprints for a nice third place! Now we are waiting for the jury to decide the time gaps...

We can definitely call this a successful Tour Méditerranéen with winning 4 of the 5 classifications, only missing the KotM one. It was also useful, since Anton and Nieve improved their shape quite a bit during these 4 days.
Next up is the Vuelta a Andalucia!
The tempo of the story may slow down a bit, since I'm a bit busy, but I will still try to give you content every day/every other day. |

1st: I'm sorry, I'm not expert in the PCM 2008 subject. I'd love to help if I could, but I don't know where to find your stage.
2nd: This is a totally inappropriate forum section / thread to ask for it. You have already asked it it numerous threads, we saw it. Somebody will surely come and tell you the answer. |

Vuelta a Andalucia: Preview
The route
The pictures slightly differ from the routes used in the game, but the descriptions are accurate.
A short prologue, it could make create some smaller time gaps.
Classified as flat, but the finish is uphill. The uphill sprinters will surely like it!
Hilly stage with a summit finish. It will surely separate the favourites from the rest of the peloton.
A flat stage with a few bumps here and there, but it's probably for the sprinters.
The last stage is also quite hilly, so we can expect attacks from the favourites.
The favourites
S. Sánchez (EUS), R. Hesjedal (GRS), J. Van den Broeck (LTB)
G. Visconti (MOV), R. Costa (MOV)
R. Kiserlovski (AST), C.A. Sorensen (STB), C. Barredo (RAB)
Squad
F. Pozzato
A. Malori
D. Ulissi
E. Favilli
D. Oss
G. Brambilla
M. Trentin

Vuelta a Andalucia: Stage 1
A short prologue. We can obviously expect some minor time gaps.
Ulissi rode pretty early and set a time to claim the provisional 1st place.
Soon after him came Navardauskas to take over Ulissi's place at the top of the podium.
Teammate Millar came right after and set the exact same as the lithuanian, but he took the provisional first place. At the end the jury decided to give a 1 second time gap between them.
Ignatiev and Petrov both came faster than Ulissi, but they could not beat the guys from Garmin.
Malori rode extremely well coming only 3 seconds behind Millar and taking the 4th place.
Konovalovas came 3 seconds behind Malori and took provisional 5th place.
Teammate Rui Costa came just after the lithuanian taking 6th place.
Coppel was one of the favourites of the stage but he came disappointingly 18 seconds behind Millar.
Pozzato gave it all and finished only 15 seconds behind the British Time-Trial king.
Then came the 3 big favourites: Jürgen Van den Broeck took 24 seconds from Millar. Quite a disappointing prologue, I would say.
Garmin's Hesjedal rode a bit better, coming only 17 seconds behind Millar.
Last but not least it was Samu's turn to gain some time on the others. He gave his best and finished 20 seconds behind stage winner David Millar.

A decent ride by Malori, but this Prologue will surely not be decisive, the time gaps are minimal.
Spoiler
The story will continue with this speed, as I'm having quite a busy time at school.

I'd say it's more than a decent race by Malori! A great performance, definitely if you see who set the best time! |

You don't have to be sorry, I've got the same problem, there is just a mistake in the stage I guess
Still a nice result indeed...
