They will get more fun, I hope. Especially after the dead weight is cleared out. As for the challenges I think this one was the most tedious the rest should be a little more fun.  That said, I can't please everybody so... some of them you will just have to fight through.

Team Immunity Challenge #2: Rider Unscramble
It's now time for your 2nd team Immunity challenge, Rider Unscramble.
How it works - Using the UCI 2012 Individual Rider Standings
you will have to unscramble a total of 8 rider's Last Names out of the
Top 100 point scorers from last season.
You will do this by using the following letters -
All The Vowels Are Used (And Can Be Used As Many Times As Needed)
B(3), F(1), G(4), L(1), M(1), N(4), S(7), T(2), W(1)
Spoiler The number next to the letter means
how many times that letter is used between the 8 Last Names.
How to Win - The first tribe to PM me all 8 Last Names that complete this puzzle win. And again, 1 member per tribe needs to submit their results. If the time runs out it is the team that gets the most names between the two tribes that wins. And if a tie occurs when that happens, the tribe that sent me their names first wins.
One member of the tribe is allowed to PM me once for a check through and I will tell you how many Last Name's your tribe has correct. But not which names are correct.
Time Limit - You have 1 day (24 hours) to complete this task. The challenge will end early if one tribe gets all 8 names before 24 hours. If your tribe doesn't send in your results before the deadline, 1 point (last name) will be taken off your score for every 15 minutes that passes, and will be DQ after a hour.
Also if any tribe finishes this challenge within 3 hours I will give everybody on that tribe another hint to find the hidden immunity idol.
