Lotto - Australia Post: Cunego and Team Goals
We, the management, have decided to give our best effort to try to hold Damiano Cunego at Lotto - Australia Post.
We think a legend of cycling like Cunego has the right to be not for at least this stint the playing ball of the free agency and so we try to give him his last decent shot at the ProTour as the leader of a team.
This means we are not going to be really active during the transfer season at the Free Agents market. But as Aker has decided to give a shot at Dyball we would like to warn them that an Aussie needs to be at an Aussie team.
As we think Cunego will stay, this means that our team goals are based around Damiano so here we are:
Win Badaling International
Win Tirreno - Adriatico
Top 3 Giro d'Italia
Top 3 Fleche Wallonne
Top 10 Team Standings
We think as Cunego was defeated by Angel Madrazo at the last Tour de France, it would be the best for him to return at the Giro d'Italia this season.
The Giro route is unlike last season harder and also got less time trial kilometres, but still too much  , I think Cunego can get the time at the hilly stages to be at least on the podium this year, if not even winning the Giro again.
Also we would like to give him the best shot at defending his last season wins at the Badaling International and the Tirreno - Adriatico.
The Fleche goal is possible also for Claeys in mind as we expect him that this might be his breakthrough season. So either Cunego or Claeys will target this race.
At last the team standings should be also achievable but might look very hard as we had from the last season just managed to reach it.
We think these goals are possible to achieve and are to this date the most optimistic team goals this team had since 2010.

We unfortunately announce that we couldn't work out a deal with Stauff and Bonnet and so they will be Free Agents.
And as we announced a while ago we have released Rooijakkers.
We got down the more aggressive route this season, also a change to the last seasons here and thats the price to pay.

We would like to announce the availablility of our riders in during the transfer season:
Actually we will in general think about every (serious) offer so also for Cunego or Claeys but that would also mean a that good (point scoring) rider in return.
So we don't say "Not available" but very good offers needed
Very good offers needed:
Cunego, Claeys, Croket, Aramendia, Libert, Moschella
Good offers needed:
Monfort, Lloret, Vermeltfoort, Hirschlein
Will listen to every offer:
Ciolek, Cobo, De la Fuente, Duenas, Ulanowski, Vanaerderen, Mazur, Pereyra
So pretty much this season is for us to get a lot of new fresh riders.

I will try to, even if it's during the transfer season, finishing the 2013 season stuff and maybe doing a Lotto Top 5 as it's now our 5th season no matter if rider or races, if thats nothing to celebrate then I don't know.

All I can say it's not from aiden, otherwise he would have no time for himself at the transfer season eh?
And because of the teams setup ithe jersey is also a bit red.

Indeed that is a very nice looking team! The secondary climbers lack some strength but I guess Cunego can do it himself when the climbs are steep.
A very interesting team mate! Congrats on that!
