this needs reworking... you cant just skip people from an order if they are offline...
i may run some numbers to show how that is grossly unfair, depends how angry i get 
And what if i dont want a Layer 1 or 2 MO rider?
i want a flat based team with maybe 1-2 climbers who can also flat or tt...
i would be more than happy to help formulate and run this if you need assistance
i need something to fill my spare evenings...

I pm'ed with LeTrik about an idea I had, i send him a pm for the next drafts with al riders numbered 1-14 (example: 1 Contador, 2 A. Schleck, 3. Van der Broeck etc.). First I want rider 1, but when he's already chosen, i want rider 2, and if he's already chosen i want 3 etc.

Although I had some great picks, I must agree with TheManxMissile, this drafting system needs some working. I suggest you to take a look in the PM-G thread, as that system was really good for the drafts. It was balanced, and unpredictable.  |

I think it is the first time he's doing something like this, so some "bugs" are in the first version, but i have to agree with ManxMissile. it was kinda unfair to start early because it was announced that it would be 6 days from today

Send a pm to me which riders you want (before later today) from layer 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the mountain, and layer 1 of hill riders and ill do it when its your turn |

After thinking the draft through i have come to an idea. Every team starts with theyre normal riders, then after the season, the can buy/sell riders. Anyone liking that idea |

Indeed it does, after each season you can choose to put a rider up for auction. If nobody buys him, and you dont want to keep him you can release him, and receive 100x(Overall stats) example:

100x82 =8200 coins to use for new players. However its better to put riders on auction, as you can receive higher amount of cash (for most riders) |

An idea could also be that before the season starts you have 2 weeks (IRL Time) to make offers for other riders. In that way you can have some of the normal riders, but you can also buy some. About the transfer system i will soon make a thread with info, where you can ask questions about it |
