Tour de San Luis - Stage 1
San Luis - Villa Mercedes
San Luis opens with a rather easy day for sprinters. It's mostly downhill with no categorized climbs. JJ Haedo is the big favoruite here so we hope he can deliver our first win of the season !
The break never really had much chances on the first stage, with 30km to go they are about to be caught.
8km to go and the Saxobank train is assembled ! Miyazawa is followed by Boaro and two Haedo brothers sitting beside him. Other sprinters lay back behind our train.
Boaro takes over with 2.8 km's to go. Miyazawa can be proud of his effort today, pushing the high pace for over 6km and delivering the train in perfect position !
1.4km to go and JJ Haedo begins his acceleration after great lead-out from his brother. Daniel Schorn ( NetApp ) looks to be the fastest finisher, but will Haedo catch him in time ?
He does indeed, and in great fashion JJ Haedo takes Saxobank's first victory of the season !
1 | Juan José Haedo | Team Saxobank | 3h57'51" | 2 | Fabio Felline | Androni Giocatolli - Venezuela | +0" | 3 | Daniel Schorn | Team NetApp | +0" | 4 | Kenny De Ketele | Topsport Vlaanderen - Mercator | +0" | 5 | Stefan Van Dijk | Accent Jobs - Willems Veranda's | +0" | 6 | Francesco Gavazzi | Astana Pro Team | +0" | 7 | Grega Bole | Lampre - ISD | +0" | 8 | Xavier Florencio | Katusha Team | +0" | 9 | Adam Blythe | BMC Racing Team | +0" | 10 | Lucas Sebastián Haedo | Team Saxobank | +0" |
Great day for the team. Our first win of the season and in great style. We controlled the bunch in the last 20km's and delivered Haedo perfectly to the finish - and he did the rest. Great win and our first objective is accomplished here already. We'll hope to defend the leader's jersey tomorrow and try and set-up JJ for another win.

Great win. I think you've mispelled Miyazawa's name in the report. |

Tour de San Luis - Stage 2
Fraga - Juana Koslay
Ben Hermans (RadioShack - Nissan), Matteo Bono (Lampre - ISD), Javier Gonzalez (Colombia - Coldeportes) & Francisco Javier Moreno (Androni Giocattoli - Venezuela) make the break of the day. It's Manuele Boaro who takes the responsibility of making sure the break will not contest for the win today.
After Boaro's singly-handedly helped to catch the break, it's Jesus Hernandez who takes over our train today.
3.5km to go and it's Miyazawa who takes over ! Once again we look in brilliant position to deliver Haedo to perfect position to contest another stage win here.
LS Haedo waits a long time to release his brother, and with 1.2km to go it's time for JJ Haedo begin his acceleration !
Such a tight battle between JJ, Schorn & Francesco Gavazzi, who will take the victory ?
Haedo takes it ! Win number 2 ! We're on a roll ! Haedo repays his team-mates after their great effort today. Gavazzi & Schorn complete today's podium.

Another brilliant win, already exceeding our expectations in Argentina. Tomorrow will be a hard day to defend the overall leader jersey, but we'll try our best. Jesus Hernandez will definitely have a go tomorrow too.

So, I bought new CPU. As it's so delicate, I sent it to a specialist to replace the old one. I also told him to reformat the Windows if he had time. Told him what to save few things obviously ( along my documents folder ).
The PC came back, works brilliant. But he forgot and deleted My Documents ( thankfully I didn't have anything there except few game files ). But yeah, that means my Saxo save gone.
*sigh*
Going to take a week break. Purely school is taking a lot of time, alongside I should start the Palmares of 2012 season for the 2013 DB soon
But I should come back with new story soon. Hopefully one that will finally last.

It's a real shame to hear it. I hope your new story will finally be your greatest, longest, the most interesting one, even topping this one. I obviously have a feeling, that your next story will be the best one! |
