The U23 jerseys dont work with the game. Basically - in real life the jersey is only worn in Under 23 races, and there is no way in the game to make a race that only allows U23 riders.

Also, had a bit of trouble with my internet last night,
This "Final V1" and this is my new idea. There are three stages to this plan V2 and V3 (but if a V4 is needed that will be fine) In these stages the request should confirm different parts. Once its been written down i can work into the jersey in more depth trying to get it just how the person wants it
You can also request 3D images so you can have a feel of what it will be like in game
