I agree Alakagom, with seeing Sky in TDF, it would be pretty boring if you'd race them, since you would win everything
Though it might be harder to win TDF on PCM with Wiggins then in real life, since on PCM there are sometimes attacks from far out
Great choice with Saxobank, though. Every victory will taste sweet with it

Just thinking, I'd guess that some 40% of the stories which have threads opened very early in comparison to when the story will actually start eventually do not get going (lack of motivation, change of team, etc) The obvious lesson is: you want your story to last, open a thread about and start reporting on the same day
Yes thats true. I want to be a French team now, but I can't The thing about NetApp I like, which I thought would be great for me, is I can sign people from just about any country, if I really wanted.

I'd go even further: First start to report and then post a thread Pre-write the team presentation, plan your season and do maybe one or two stage reports (Australian NCs, a stage TdU, whatever) for yourself. You'll get to know your team much better and see if it suits you.
I did the same with my two stories and it worked well (ok, not too well with my first one, but I got at least to March and I stopped because of a lack of time, not because of the team. And my second story, well, it went for two seasons and isn't even irreversibly dead).
Anyway, I agree with the other guys, SaxoBank would make for a good story!
