You can now select either F Schleck, Igor Anton or Jurgen VdB and send your 2nd draft to Kentaurus.

Okay, all 18 WT teams are now taken, anyone can now lead a continental team with aspiration of moving to the WT after season 2. Continental teams will get their first picks after the 3rd round of WT team picks.
As a note, jt1109 got the Igor Anton team, mpardo got the Frank Schleck team, and benetteWPS got the Jurgen Van der Broeck team.
What I need from everyone (expect those who have already sent them) is a list of riders you would like to select in round 2. Order the list (10ish riders) from favorite to least favorite, and I will give you the most favorite rider not already taken in the draft.
For Example: Here is fjhokie's list (I'm using because he has first pick and the list doesn't matter)
Round 2
1. Cunego, Damiano
2. Vinokourov, Alexandre
3. Froome, Chris
4. Horner, Chris
5. Leipheimer, Levi
6. Valverde, Alejandro
He will get Cunego because he is top on the list, but if someone else wants Cunego in round two they would not be able to get him, and I would move on to the second rider in the list.

Continental teams are always open, so if you want to join in that is the start point. You would have the first pick in the 4th round (meaning before the WT teams get to pick that round).
Also don't need equipment since this isn't going to have 3d racing in it. Though if people do have jerseys, a minishirt to use for reporting would be nice.

I'm aware this would slightly increase your workload, but it might be better, if you re-shuffle the draft order after every round or two, this way, those stuck at the bottom won't always have that disadvantage, and the people at the top wont always be in the most favourable position?

Promotion/Relegation will be the first thing that happens in the offseason, I'm not planning on doing any promotion/relegation after season one. But it will certainly come into effect in season two. (However if a person decides to quit playing I will relegate that team after season 1).

It's a serpentine draft, so the order flips every round...
Round 1: 1,2,3,4,5,6...16,17,18.
Round 2: 18,17,16,15...3,2,1.
Round 3: 1,2,3,4,5...,16,17,18.
Round 4: 18,17,16......3,2,1.
This makes it entirely fair to everyone.

I think the order will be like this:
1st round
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9..... 18
2nd round
18 17 16 15 14 13...... 1
3rd round
1 2 3 4 5 6 7........ 18
In other words, you can get the best rider and the 36th best rider, or the #18 and #19, which is fair in my opinion.
