What you have to watch with Stoke City is that they are a tall and very physical sideWink

Tricky draw for the Portuguese... Sporting have a decent opponent, but the game in Warsaw will be very difficult. And if they get through, they'll play with Porto or City, the last one very hard. Braga might be prejudiced because of Carvalhal's knowledge of the Portuguese championship.

Given that we defend set pieces like a 4 y.o. girl, I'm really afraid Stoke City will be very difficult to beat for us.

It will be fun to watch a bunch of Spanish girls against a team like Stoke Pfft

City win 2-1 against Porto, Sporting drew with Legia, being the Portuguese team with best chances to get to the next phase. Where they might face City.

And Valencia won 1-0 against Stoke. Pfft

Sporting with a narrow win today over City, while United are losing against Athletic 1-3. Smile

3 -2 Wink

Still they are playing utter shit. Without the help of English refs United aren't so good. Proven countless of times in Europe Pfft

True that. Still with the almost strongest squad you'd expect something from United, I think Pfft

If none of the players are motivated to play in these Mickey Mouse matches, you can't really expect them to much more than they did today.

De Gea was amazing once again, though.

Dutch teams are doing suprisingly well this year though. Shame ajax didn't knock out Man U a round earlier. They could have if they believed more in themselves.

AZ and Twente have a nice position for the away match. PSV looked screwed but somehow managed to get to 4-2 and still have a shot for their home match.

Amazing game for Athletic Club Bilbao, what a great perfomance! Basque Country isn't from this evening in sport only cycling and Euskaltel for me for sure. I absolutely want to watch another Athletic's game as soon as possible!

Nice to see Euskal.... I mean Athletic winning in Old Trafford. Not so nice to see Valencia letting PSV score two goals just because. It shouldn't mean anything as we've been immensely better, but still.
