I've got a few questions.
Can riders only get level 4xp in the PT?
Do all riders start getting worse at age 32?
And does age have an effect on race days allocated? |

Level 4 xp is attained only in ProTour races - 2 xp per race day in a GT or monument, 1 xp per race day in a normal ProTour race. You can of course get wildcards for this xp, but PT teams will of course have more opportunities to improve level 4 riders.
In terms of stat decreases, those born in 1979 had their first stat decrease at the end of the 2011 season.
Race days are determined by a riders average, so once stat decreases start to happen, the average will get worse, so they get more race days

1) This season riders could get points above the level 4 only in ProTour.
2) Yes. I think it works this way.
1974 - Retired
1975
1976
1977
1978
1979
Potential 1-6
1975-1976 - 35-37 year olds - 5/6 points off Sta/Rec/Res/Acc. 4 points off others.
1977 - 34-35 year old - 4/5 points off Sta/Rec/Res/Acc. 3 points off others.
1978 - 33-34 year olds - 3/4 points off Sta/Rec/Res/Acc. 2 points off others.
1979 - 32-33 year olds - 2 points off Sta/Rec/Res/Acc. 1 point off others.
Potential 7
1975-1976 - 35-37 year olds - 4 points off Sta/Rec/Res/Acc. 3 points off others.
1977 - 34-35 year old - 3 points off Sta/Rec/Res/Acc. 2 points off others.
1978 - 33-34 year olds - 2 points off Sta/Rec/Res/Acc. 1 point off others.
1979 - 32-33 year olds - 1 points off Sta/Rec/Res/Acc. 1 point off others.
3) I don't know 100% percently, but I don't think so.

I know the question isn't supposed to be here, but I know several of you are good at excel so a quick question:
How do you make excel change colors of a specific number? EG all. riders having mountainstat of above 70 should be green. From 75-79 darker green and from 80+ red?
I have a DB which I'm trying to make easy to go through.

It is 2007...
I have marked all numbers now, and rightclick it. Press "Formater celler" (Danish for format cells) - And now I have no idea what to do. I can color them all the same, which isn't worth much

When Im doing it, I click to create a new rule, then its the 2nd option which in English is "Format only cells that contain"
Then theres one line where you can set the values, and below that it has:
Preview: [ No Format Set ] [Format]
If you click on format you can change how the text looks, as well as the background colour of the cell(s)

From a CTour point of view I note that Cerne have kept 4 out of their five best riders from last year Protour including Pozzovivo and LL Sanchez. That is an excellent effort.
Looking forward to seeing who Vespa's new elite signing will be now Steegmans have gone, I am sure that will alert several Protour squads Smile
Red Bull's contracts are completed... I kept all the star men eventually, though I will admit there was some thoght about the last round. Excellent stuff I must say.
I'm planing to get rid of most of my non-portuguese riders. I have renewed some of the contracts to maintain some 'leverage' for the transfer season. In the end I doubt my team can be considered one of the candidates for the promotion.
LLS is going nowhere though
