The last stage with an uphill finish that means the last chance to improve yourself in the overall standings. We´re really happy with position 6 for Huzarski but maybe we can even do better.
First of all, we were able to send our sprint captain Baumann in today´s break for getting some points. The last 5 stages are quite flat so maybe we´ve still a little chance to win this competition.
There was no real attack on the final climb but the pace was too high for most of the riders. A leading group was build with Firsanov, Mahoric, Vanendert, Petrov, Chadwick, Uran and Huzarski. Our captain was able to keep it up with them with still 10 kilometres to go.
5 kilometres later they were still in one group with Huzarski at the front. Our plan was to set a high pace but everyone was able to follow. Uran was at the end of the group which was quite strange but he never lost the contact. Maybe he´s preparing something?
3 kilometres to go and the first move was made by the Russian Petrov. He had to attack as he is still some seconds behind Uran in the overall.
Rigoberto Uran followed with ease and also Glen Alan Chadwick tried to counter that. Unfortunately Huzarski was exhausted after his leading work for 6 kilometres.
Petrov and Uran were in front of Chadwick when the last kilometres started. Uran really looked like he wanted to win the stage this time.
And he did! Great stage final by Uran, beating Petrov and Chadwick. But where is Huzarski?
This is such a great performance by him! He was able to stay in one group with Mahoric and Vanendert. They crossed the line with 31 seconds to Uran and Petrov. The greatest thing is, that Huzarski is 5th in the overall now!

first of alle thanks a lot for your support It feels great!
@BikeRoel: Well, it would be awesome but there is no real chance on the last 5 stages. We´ll see if there is a strange race process with a strong wind or something like that... |

6th stage is quite flat and not the longest with 112 kilometres. Baumann is in a good shape so far and he really wants the stage win this week!
After the break was brought back with 15 kilometres to go, the most teams were preparing their sprint trains. Cozza was leading out Baumann while the rest of our team worked a lot at the front.
Baumann´s position was great when the sprint began. Vachon and McDonald were in front but they weren´t really fast.
Baumann is making his final move with an amazing acceleration so nobody is able to get his slipstream. Cozza and the rest of NetApp are also far in front!
He did it! Baumann takes his first win this season and the first for NetApp in 2011. McDonald and Vachon finished on the podium in front of Cozza. All in all we were able to finish with 5 riders in today´s Top 10. Well, that means almost no one of the other sprinters were able to sprint today.

Another flat stage after the great win by Baumann yesterday. But this time with a harder stage final as the last kilometre is a short uphill section. Hopefully our team will be able to bring Baumann in a nice position today.
Unfortunately the break was too strong today. Our team tried everything to bring them back but we were almost alone with the leading work.
We still tried to get a nice sprint train today as we want to improve Baumann´s shape a bit for the last stages. Cozza did a good job at the front.
Javier RamÃrez Abeja won the stage in front of Dan Craven and Aerts. Nice job by the break today!
Baumann finished as 4th in the pack today. Pity, we´ve got no points today but the next stages are completely flat again so there´s another chance for us.

The break was just too strong and we were the only team, trying to bring them back but they had a big advantage about 10 minutes or something like that. |

The stage is very easy today, as there is no uphill section like yesterday. Baumann is in a great shape so far, so the sprinter´s jersey is still quite possible for our team.
The small break get caught early today as they were only a group of four riders. The sprint preperation worked brilliantly for us today with Huzarski and Cozza leading.
The sprint began and our position was great again. Topsport was also in front with Boeckmans.
But when Baumann accelerated out of Cozza´s slipstream, no one was able follow the German sprinter. Vachon and Boeckmans came from behind but they hadn´t the speed today.
That´s it for NetApp! Second stage win by Baumann and this one also brought him the sprinter´s jersey from Rigoberto Uran. Boeckmans and Vachon finished on the podium, too. Again we were able to bring 3 riders in the Top 10.
