Stay with it Kumazan. You appearently missed the gigantic huge article on both AD.nl and cyclingnews where Dekker admitted he doped for a long period up to 2008. Apparently that info didn't make it past the Netherlands borders.
It's the very first time I'm reading/hearing about it... |

I can second that. I knew nothing of that. |

To be fair on Vino, there aren't so many riders who race as offensive/crazy as him. And if you criticize him for showing no remorse for "being caught", shouldn't you criticize also Basso, who didn't recognise he doped? Actually, from that list (Kohl aside) I only remember Basso showing remorse for his "failed" attempt to dope, and Dekker, who of course only doped once.
Not defending Vino at all, the guy is a jerk, but these lists are completely subjective, and you can't really criticize someone for something like that. Also, it's not clear whether the people are classifying for personality or racing style reasons.

That interview can be summed up as "I doped....but not for any of my big wins"
Clearly the man regrets nothing.

I'm not targetting at Dekker in particular here, but clearly those guys have always, and most likely will always conceive doping as a natural part of cycling. Given that, how could they possibly regret anything about it ? It would be just like regretting they became cyclists. |

that was terrible way to end a such a talent career..he stays unlikable for most of the fans.
He did such a big thing for cycling popularity in germany was one of the most talented riders ever (he had potential to achieve a lot more..when he actualy did)..what a waste. |

Rolf Aldag once said Klöden is even more talented than Ullrich and one of the few riders who could win the Tour. He also said that he´s 100% sure Klöden is clean.
This does not really fit to this topic but i just wanted to mention it somewhere...

Agree. Klödi has proved that if he wants, he can. |

The Freiburg investigation not only turned up his name among the blood "treatments", but also proof that steroids were delivered to the house of his wife, then girlfriend.
There is zero percent probability he is clean. Zero. Zip. Nada. Zilch.

"Ullrich is as clean as me" he claimed in July 2006. That means a lot... |

There is zero probablility that he was clean, whether he has stopped doping or not is a different matter

Kloden rode for Astana in 07. Nuff said.

He's having his best season start for a decade... Like a second youth. At what, 35 ? That sounds more like "I've got some new stuff" than "it just randomly happens". Also his TDF best performances, 2004, 2006, etc. were far beyond human limits, so there's no doubt he was on heavy dope those years, and if he's stronger now, you can figure out that he hasn't stopped. |

In general, Radioshack is completely owning in general classifications this season.

Just because they are doing well everyone has to hate on Radioshack. i'm glad they are successful and I think kloden just has early season form. I think they will bust at the tour. |
