Criterium Dauphine Libere
Hauterives - Le Mont Ventoux - 186 km.
G.Niermann (RAB) made a huge number today. he takes the good breakaway and finds him self alone with 12 km to go with 1 min over the C.Evans group where are J.M.Garate (RAB), C.Evans (BMC), C.Vandevelde (GRM) and A.Schleck (SAX).
J.M.Garate (RAB) attack the group to catch G.Niermann (RAB). Now this Rabobank duo have 50 sec on Evans group.
Now Garate finds himself alone with 3 km to go with 1 min in front of the Evans group.

Tour de Suisse - Stage # 4
A terrific ending wait for the riders. A mountain long by 15 km with some % over 15.
The peloton is cut in small group due to speed of the front men.
R.Gesink (RAB) making a great job to eliminate so riders of the general classification.
With 5 km to go, Gesink (RAB) place a little attack to make a good gap on F.Schleck group
And he increase his speed alone to the victory. Can he made it ?
Look at that
1'35" in front of F.Schleck (SAX) with 3km to go.
2'25" in front of F.Schleck (SAX) with 2km to go.
And he made it.
Alone at the finish line.

Tour de France 2010 - Stage # 2
Monaco - Brignoles 187 km
The profile
Some breakaways tried to win but at that speed, the peloton will eat the dumb riders went to breakaway.

That what II was trying to do at the end of this stage but Lars Boom and Nick Nuyens were not able to pull the train. Only Gesink was able to pass over the peloton. |
