Well, I installed the 1.0.1.7 patch and now the Tourmalet stage is plain once again. Does anybody have the same problem? |

It's fine here. If you're using a DB made for v1.0.0.0, that's the problem. |

Nothing customized here and the stage is flat.
I think it may be that they haven't included the stage in the 1.0.1.7 patch, so if you install the game and then 1.0.1.7 without installing 1.0.1.6 you don't get it.
Just assuming, though. |

Sounds reasonable.
I don't have any custom stuff installed, yet it seems fine here. I did install 1.0.1.6 prior to 1.0.1.7, though. |

Then this would imply that 1.0.1.7 is NOT (1.0.1.6 + the 10/24 career fix). Sounds like 1.0.1.7 is just a patch for the 10/24 career fix or includes the 10/24 fix plus some, but not all of 1.0.1.6 |

It does include the 1.0.1.6 fixes, but apparently also the 1.0.0.0 DB. |

1.017 is 1.016 with the extra fix, so you don`t need the older one. |

The relief picto (for Tourmalet stage) should be good if you play with the original DB of 1.0.1.7 even if you installed it without 1.0.1.6 before.
If you play with a custom DB, you have to update your DB (with the editor) :
1: Untick "plain" and tick mountain
2: Put the Hill/Mountain ratio at the maximum
3. Gaps : 7
4. Distance 169km
Note : if your game is already started, it's not possible to update those values.
We're working on a tool which will allow to synchronize db stage parameters between an original DB and a saved game. |
