Will we get a complete list of riders added to the DB so we don't have to search them out ourselves? Last season I did a complete check on every single rider in the DB, and as to what extend they could be useful for Festina or Ultimate. So in order to find the new ones a list would be very useful, as I don't need to go through them all yet again :-)

If you're nice, I might send a list, but otherwise, no. It's upto the managers to find the good talents, the bad talents that could be useful, or just sort out the shit from the ok.
Unless of course SN and Crue tell everyone who's been added... but they don't normally.

In my opinion you should not give it to us , it will make it more interesting , and actually make us do some work in transfer season , instead of just looking creating a topic and bidding , it's just an opinion

As long as the excel spreadsheet works, it's not exactly a lot of work to sort the columns in excel by potential and then look to see who is on a team and who isn't.
Now, what would be excellent is if a system could be put in place where we can't see the potential - just a comment on how good the rider might become, like in PCM.

True. SN woluld know, but you'd just bid for the same talents he does.
For me, I'd like a little more uncertainty in rider development, (as already discussed when talking about stat increases.)
Interesting system might be that you have to pay to see the potential by country. For eg Vespa pay 100k to see Italian talents, 300k for other European countries (so, 600k for France and the UK), 500k for outside of Europe. Just an idea to throw out there and would make it more tactical. |

I would change team nationality to either british or american then as we get much more talents there than Switzerland...

Love to see some kind of "fitness peak" introduced. Tamarae seems to be racing the exact same races as Basso and always beats him because he's better.
Now, if they were peaking at different times, then Basso might have a chance sometimes.
Not sure how to implement it, but it might mean that some of the lesser riders have a better chance of winning races and therefore become a bit more valuable to teams. |

When Valverde only has 28 race days a fitness peak is kind of a waste of time. The whole point of race days is to counteract the advantage that better riders have.

Let's take Valverde's example which is very extreme. Valverde's wage must be very big and he has few competition days which makes mb2612 "lose" (couldn't find a better word, hope you understand my point) twice. If fitness peaks were added, he would lose three times. We would reach a point in which the best riders would have ridiculously low wages, which would be highly unrealistic. |
