What I want to know is if Cavendish is not sprinting then why isn't Gomez Marchante. Should be able to give Schleck a run for his money??? |

If it all goes well, it will be another 7th place for Rujano, no stage wins and a few short appearances in breakaways... It's the Giro all over again...

Cav was sprinting, only was he very, very badly positioned. |

Eurosport on to the podium.
I don't think it's possible but I fully expect him to puncture or crash on the final TT. |

NOooooooooo. Plaza's first rubbish result. And I doubt he'll get the time back in the TT.

thnx, fixed.
Oh, and Schleck could be winning all jerseys. But he'll have to be lucky to beat Orozco (no more KOM points, and I have no idea how the game descides who wins it), and he'll probably have to win the ITT and score at least one point in the final stage to take the points jersey.
Oh, and fenian; if he doesnt crash in the TT, there's always the final stage left to do so |

Finally this race is nearing the end - not pointing at the update frequency, but at my team's miserable performance

Shitty result falling another place in the GC. No chance at getting top 3 PT anymore :-(

Ack. So close to the podium, and so close to achieving a sponsor goal. But no.

I'd have preferred that Duarte abandoned the race instead of this.
Other than that? Next race, please |

I'm still not convinced Marchante will end the race on the podium. |

So - it's finally done.
I can say I'm pretty happy with the results. Good that Bennati managed the points jersey, although he should've taken at least 2 more stages...
de la Fuente... well, I never expected him to do a top 10 anyway |

Great performance by Intxausti to take 2nd overall. No rest for him, he flies immediately to France for the Dauphine where he stall stay for the Tour!
Couldnt ask for much else from my squad here, just a shame that Perez Fernandez couldnt quite break the Top 20.

Must say I'm surprised at that.
Eurosport have their second stage victory of the year. |
