As far as i can see there isn't a definate PPDB v3 thread so i thought it would be good to have one, especially now I want to play on it rather then PCM3
oh and some not so good news

better news
minor succes now.
bug located: as I expected it was given birth by my changing of the invitationsystem, where I wanted to give the players the logical possibility of applying for starts at 1.2 and 2.2 races.
For this I overruled the AI in his negative decisisons and translated any "refused" coming from him as a guarenteed start for the player
However, the little bastard took his revenche by having every DB with this trick ativated, crash at the start of the Giro d'Italia.
so it seems that new trick can't be used, without beeing punished by the AI.
The minor succes I mentionend on top of this post can be referred to the fact that I just managed to (finally...) sim a career with the old invitationsystem as used in the v1 and v2 over the Giro without any problems.
So the v3 can be released without that new invitationsystem activated.
But..thats not what I want. I'll give it few more tries simming up to the Giro with the trick activated in a slight different way in an attempt to mislead the AI and for us beeing able to have the benefit of this, in my opnion, very usefull and interesting new feature.

however shortly after he found a major bug, luckily he resolved it but says that the package won't be done before tonight, he has other things to do
so hoping nothing else goes wrong the release could be tonight/tomorrow/the day after
to be honest i don't care when it comes out, as long as it is bug free and ready to goB)

it is looking like the v3 is coming very close as Plakker is making lots of comments like "just in time for the v3"etc.
and has started his own story with LiquigasB)

i've just had another look on PPDB and found it quite laughable that 3 people have already had the cheek to complain about faults and it's only been released for about 20mins

did they complain ("it has this mistake. FIX IT!!" ), or was it the usual "I hate to bother, but I found this problem" with Plakker then yelling at them?

Plakker hasn't responded yet, but some complaints are as follows
will this only be on megaupload? i´m having trouble with this site
like Plakker will upload it to another site for 1 person
Noticed that Magno Prada is out for doping in the Giant v3. I didn't know he was suspended. And Libardo Ninos b sample is pending. Doping has even infected South America
he later got proved wrong
In version 3, stage 13 of the Vuelta is wrong, it has no start or finish and will probably cause the game to crash.
that one may be right
so the complaints will get worse but i find it a bit laughable they start 20mins after the release
