A very strong lineup here both sprinters as GC wise.
For the flat stages there is riders like Hushovd, Bennati, Vantomme, Roelants, Napolitano, Pozzato and Cooke.
For the GC there's Sanchez, di Luca, Ricco, Pozzato, Hagen, Gianni, Nibali, Boom, Karpets and a lot of other who could end up high with a bit of luck.
We'll see how big the impact of the TT is, but it seems inevitable that the hilly stages bring the descision.

So, top 5 is a sponsor goal here, which di Luca should be able to do. I'll be dissapointed by anything below that. Actually... I just want to win it
With Bennati and Rogers I have two good bets for one or more stages though, thats for sure. |

I think the TT counts Ginanni out. But, I hope I can get a stage with either him or Napolitano. Put one over on the PT... |

breakaway stage wins are rabobank's only chance of getting something here.

Yay, let's thank Cyanide again. Another pcm.exe, this time no chance to export. At least its a stagerace, so I can load the game up again. But it does mean... handtyping the results... |

I haven't had a single exporting crash - ever.
But if it's the same problem as in PCM06, skip the podiums and go straight to the results. That made crashes less likely. |

no, this time it crashed right after the last rider finished.
I find it quite weird, since I didnt have that many crashed before the man game db came in... |

Vantomme just isn't strong enough. His sprint stat is fine, but that's about it.
Well done by Ulissi, though. At least he tried |

I'm very happy with the stagwin, since it puts me above Wikipedia now in the rankings (at least, I think so) |

Hagen must have been terribly positioned, because I didn't notice him until the results came up

Good stage. Having a rider in the breakaway, finishing 3rd in the sprint and Samuel Sanchez comming in 6th... Looking forward to see Sammy winning this |

Nice work from Vespa - chase like dogs and then have no one left to lead out Napolitano. |

So close for Ginanni. Disappointed to be beated by a Russian in Italy.
And I'm beginning to worry for Eurosport. |

Acceptable result from Pozzovivo. Hopefully, he can make the move to the big guns on the next stages. |

Another 3rd place, but even more so Samuel is riding in the points jersey AND is in 3rd place about 50 seconds away from his closest competitor, asuming that Karpets will lose time in one of the hilly stages and Ginnani will lose more time than Samuel in the TT...
Looking good so far... |

I don't count Hagen as a GC rider here, so my hope is that he takes a stage. Stage 3 should suit him a bit better than this one, so I hope for a better showing there, as he dissapointed me a bit in stage 2.

Philips and Eurosport should be fined for cheating.
Find out why in stage 3 which is coming up soon, with the Montelupone. Twice. |

Hoping to hold on in that break with Brandt, not performing well on the whole, I also did not send a powerhouse squad as my objective was Paris-Nice. |
