Quite tough goals, but I thibk that we have a strong team and we can achieve them. No new sponsors, so we're waiting for othe new goals to come. |

We'll se.. Some things will be changed. Just talked to my team manager, thinks some races should be deleted. But this program I shown you is just BETA. I ain't supposed to ride all of them, just the big name ones.

Stage 3
This is really gonna be a test for me & Franco (Pelizzoti) and show us where we are at the moment.
So, at first it was a breakaway who had over a minute.
When the breakaway was caught,it was time for the others to make the show. Ballan, Voigt and Terpstra all atacked with 1 km to go before the first KoM intermediate (this was the order of the first KoM).
The koM lider, Huzarski, was the last one to score points, comingin 8th place and snatching 2 points. The breakaway came to an end on the descent, butthere were still others in the peloton who wanted some glory too. After the final of the descent, Alexandre Botcharov of Saxobank, Chris Horner of Astana and another rider broke form our group. After that, we saw Cunego break away to ! This was the moment when we teamed up forces with Columbia and tried to reel-in the breakaways.
We worked pretty hard, and we managed to reel-in Cunego. But on the last climd, DISASTER : I was exausted and Pelizzoti (who took care of my all the time), had to let me go, since we needed someone who could keep up with the others. Not to mention that all of my other team-mates were on the back of the peloton. Chicci, the guy who should have helped us, was alredy distanced from the last climb. On the descent, only three of us were left in the peloton : me, Franco and Vladimir (Miholjević. I talked with the team manager and Franco and we decided : Franco had to atack.
So, he went on. The only guy who kept his pace was Evans, wich was better ranked thean Franco (at only 11 secons from Hincapie).
Just when we thaught Franco won, Evans came from behind !
But Franco won it! (Barely !!!!!!) Our second win of the year, after Benati's 4th stage win in Tour Down Under !

Stage 4
Quite flat stage, let's hope tht Daniele is gonna go for the win. My goal is to keep him safe' til the last 10km.
Bajdali, Terpstra, Iglinski, Ballan & Espeland was the order at the first KoM. After they were caught, a breakaway was fored. Although the break contained the KoM leader, he couldn't get any points today.
The breakaway was caught with 15 km left. The sprinters were positioning themselfs up.
Bennati won in front of Voigt (SAX) & Kostyuk (ISD). I don't know what happened to the other sprinters, but Bennati really got some points today.
As for me, I had a miserable day... came at over 3 minutes to the winner and dropped out of the top 10. It seems that my fitness isn't helping me too much....

Stage 5
Another flat stage, another chance for Bennati.
The breakaway was formed at about 10 km formo the start. There weren't any big names, so I don't remeber who was there. I know that adadad form adad atacked on each climb for the KoM jersey. It should have been a quite easy day, without incidents and with no GC switches..... WRONG !
With 5 km to go, Evans fell! Also, Benatti also missed his chance in the sprint, wich was won by Jen Voigt ! I'm sorry I can't provide you screens from the race, but I got a PC crash and I couldn't export the results.
Update : For the guys who don't belive me, here are the results :

Stage 6
OK, I'm back after a mini-break that I had. Now, let's get back to work.
Another flat stage, should be a boring day, but will see and hope Bennati can snatch another stage win.
Pelizzoti enjoying his first day in yellow. Hope it won't be his last one though.
As mentioned, after Evans fell of his bike and lost a lot of time, Franco was the new Leader.
A breakaway was formed, but it was nothing to say about it, since it contained guys that didn't count for the GC.
At the first "climb", the first important guy who was dropped (and only) was Robert Forster of Milram alongside 2 Drapac Porsche cyclists.
When the breakaway was caught, it was time for the sprinters to get into action. With 2,5 km to go, we tried to get Franco into Bennati's wheel, but we couldn't.
Daniele won, in front of Bazayev and Cunego. His good form (Fitness over 85), proved to be his best quality in this race.
