Hi there, just got PCM09 and decided to make a story with this one too. I haven't played too many stages yet but it doesn't seem to be any big difference between this and PCM08. About 08, btw, the Columbia story is not dead, I will just take a break for an while as lately I've experienced crash after crash.

I've thinking what team should I choose and nothing is better than Rabobank
The goals seem to be very hard, at a first look, but nothing is impsobile, even winning the Tour, where Gesink will probably be our leader. Robert will also go for Liege - Bastogne - Liege and probably Milano - Sanremo as a co-leader. For Ronde van Vlaanderen and Gent - Wevelgem Flecha will lead the team, with Nuyens, Langeveld and Freire having a important role as well. Menchov should be one of the favourites in Giro, so he must get the podium there.
Though that isn't in the sponsor's goals, Amstel Gold Race has always been a race where any of the Rabo riders would have want to get the first spot on the podium. Le Tour de France and Tour of Flanders seem to be more important than it this year though.
Right before the start of the season we signed another three sponsor, who should help the team with money all this season. 3 of the sponsor goals are coming from them

Team Stats
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/RUS.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/RUS.png[/img-r]
Denis Menchov
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/denismenchov.png[/img-l] Two times winner of the Vuelta a Espana, the Russian is one of the greatest stage - racers in the World at the moment. And that's the reason he is going to ride 2 Grand Tours this year. The first one will be Giro and the second one will be Vuelta, and not Le Tour as many of you were expecting. Though that Le Tour was always a dream for him, Denis never rode Le Tour at the same level he did in Giro or Vuelta, so that's why he will skip this year the Tour.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-r]
Robert Gesink
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/robertgesink.png[/img-l] With Menchov not going to Le Tour this year, Robert will be there as our team - leader. The sponsor said that we should win Le Tour and Gesink could do that with some luck. But Le Tour is not the only important race for him this year. Gesink will also be our main rider in the Ardennes Classics, Tirreno - Adriatico, Dauphine Libere and maybe a pretendent to the rainbow jersey at the end of the season.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/ESP.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/ESP.png[/img-r]
Oscar Freire
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/oscarfreire.png[/img-l] Three times World Champion, winner of multiple stages in Le Tour and Vuelta, winner of Milano - Sanremo and also the green jersey in Le Tour 2008, Oscar Freire is no doubt the main sprinter in our team. Almost as always in the last year, Freire will ride Le Tour and Vuelta as Grand Tours and of course the Spring Classics, as team - leader of just a role of team - mate for riders like Gesink, Flecha or Nuyens.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/ESP.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/ESP.png[/img-r]
Juan Antonio Flecha
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/juanantonioflecha.png[/img-l] With good performances in Ronde and Paris - Roubaix in the past, Flecha is definitly our leader when it comes to cobble races. Being one of the most imortant riders in our team, means that Flecha can't miss a spot in our team for Le Tour de France. Also he is one of the 4 Spanish riders in our teams so we should see him also riding in Vuelta. Flecha is good fighter and he could be an important helped for his compatriot, Oscar Freire.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/BEL.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/BEL.png[/img-r]
Nick Nuyens
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/nicknuyens.png[/img-l] Nuyens and Flecha have a lot of things in common. The are both good fighter, puncheurs and their specialisation seem to be the cobbles. If Flecha is better on cobbles, Nuyens is the better one in hills so we should see them making a nice team especialy in Ronde Van Vlaanderen, where in 2008 Nuyens, while riding for Cofidis, was second and Flecha third.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-r]
Lars Boom
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/larsboom.png[/img-l] Lars Boom is one of the big Dutch hopes for the future. In 2008 he won both ITT and RR in the National Championships and now he is going to ride for the first time with the PT team. In the past years he rode for our CT team as he is also a good cyclo - cross rider and started mainly in those kind of races, and having pretty good results. This year he will focuse on road where he should kick some asses in TT's and start his first Grand Tour, the Vuelta.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-r]
Sebastian Langeveld
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/sebastianlangeveld.png[/img-l] Langeveld is the perfect rider to complete the Nuyens - Flecha list. He is a good northen classic rider and he should that in Ronde van Vlaandere 2008, which also means that he can go over hills as well. Maybe he is not the best in the World at the moment but he should be in future as he is one of our big Dutch hopes for the next year. Maybe he will be better than Nuyens on hills and better than Flecha on cobbles, which would be perfect for him. In 2009 he will obviously be in the cobble races and probably riding in a Grand Tour, Vuelta or Le Tour, still yo be decided.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/ESP.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/ESP.png[/img-r]
Juan Manuel Garate
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/juanmanuelgarate.png[/img-l] At the end of last year Garate left Quick Step to join Rabobank. Former Spain National Champion Garate could have a chance to win that race again but for Rabobank this season. Garate is good team man, good climber, who could aslo go over hills. He will probably be our team leader in Paris - Nice and a very important team - mate for Gesink in Le Tour and for Denis Menchov, on his way of winning his third Vuelta.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-r]
Bauke Mollema
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/baukemollema.png[/img-l] Mollema is another huge talent from our team. Maybe he isn't a big promise like Gesink, but he should be an important rider in the future. Bauke is former winner of one of the most important U23 races in the World, Tour de l'Avenir. That is a promise that he could become one of the best stage racers. In 2009 Mollema will probably ride in Vuelta, as one of the riders who could help Menchov in the mountains.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-r]
Pieter Weening
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/pieterweening.png[/img-l] After winning a stage in Le Tour de France 2005, Weening was as well one of the big cycling hopes for the future. But sadly for him and for us he never confirmed his status. With the days passing Weening had transformed from a climber rather in a puncheur. So he should see him helping Gesink in the Ardennes Classics. Probably he will also ride a Grand Tour, but not Le Tour as he doesn't seem strong enough at the moment.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/AUS.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/AUS.png[/img-r]
Graeme Brown
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/graemebrown.png[/img-l] The Aussie is one of the fastest guys in the World, but he has a lot of difficulties on the uphills, which means that only the flat races are suited for him. He would be our main sprinter for Tour Down Under and maybe he will get a place in Giro or as a helper for Freire in Vuelta.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-r]
Laurens Ten Dam
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/laurenstendam.png[/img-l] He is one of the best Dutch climbers at the moment. Too bad he isn't strong enough to be the team leader in a Grand Tour but he could make a top 20 in any of them. This year we should see him in Giro and Le Tour but only as a helper for Denis Menchov or Robert Gesink. That doesn't mean that he can't ride for himself in some moments and maybe get a stage win
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/COL.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/COL.png[/img-r]
Mauricio Ardila
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/maurcioardila.png[/img-l] Ardila joined Rabo a few years ago, after he made a great Vuelta, while riding for Lotto. Though that he was seen as one of the climbers with real potential, he never managed to repeat that performance and ended just as a helper in the mountains for Menchov in Vuelta or Giro. And he also should join Menchov this year in those races as well. And who knows maybe he will have a chance in the National Championships of Columbia.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-r]
Stef Clement
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/stefclement.png[/img-l] Clement joined Rabobank this year after riding for Bouygues Telecom. While riding for the Frenchies he won the Dutch ITT title twice and now he came home to win it for Rabobank. He is also a good stage racer, not doing too well on high mountains though. Being one of the best time - trialists in our team and with the TTT in Le Tour we should see him riding the most important cycling race this year.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-r]
Joost Posthuma
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/joostposthuma.png[/img-l] He wore the white jersey during a stage in Le Tour de France, after riding great in the Prologues. His cycling abilities look a lot like Clement's ones, being a good time - trialist and a nice stage racer, but he showed that he can also ride on cobbles. As with Clement, we do need guys for the TTT and he could race Le Tour this year.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-r]
Kai Reus
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/kaireus.png[/img-l] After one year spent at the CT team, Kai came back at the first squad. He has potential for the stage racers, but maybe not as much as Gesink or Mollema have. If Gesink or Mollema are better climbers, Reus' streght seem to be the time trials. Though that he is still young he may race the Giro this year.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-r]
Maarten Tjallingii
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/MaartenTjallingii.png[/img-l] An another new comer for this season is Tjallingii, the former rider of Silence Lotto. Maarten seems to be the perfect team - mate, riding strong on all the terrains. Not many riders have the potential to ride Le Tour this year, but Tjallingii joins the list for the potential Giro or Vuelta riders.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-r]
Bram Tankink
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/bramtankink.png[/img-l] And there he is. The only rider that from the first pack in the World that also rode in Tour of Romania. Of course that happened a lot of time ago and now Tankink is an another rider that should help our team leaders over mountains or hills. He is also ussualy a combative rider so we should see him in some breakaways in the races he will ride.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-r]
Koos Moerenhout
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/KoosMoerenhout.png[/img-l] An another perfect team - mate in our team is Moernehout. Doing really well on hills, as well on mountain or TT's Koos is the perfect rider for the role of team - mate. He was also placed very high in the last year in the National Championships and he should be there this year as well. Still we don't know if he will ride any GT, but Vuelta seems to be the only option for him.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/GER.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/GER.png[/img-r]
Grischa Niermann
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/grischaniermann.png[/img-l] The German rider rode almost his entire carrer for Rabobank and also got a third place in the with jersey classification in Le Tour de France some time ago, if that matters. His cycling abillities place him near Moerenhout, but it seems that this year he will have more chances to ride Le Tour than the former Dutch Champion.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/AUS.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/AUS.png[/img-r]
Matthew Hayman
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/matthewhayman.png[/img-l] Hayman is a nice sprinter and a good cobble rider. But, as well as with Brown, he has real problems when it comes to uphill sections, though that he seems a little bit better than Graeme there. As an Aussie we will obvious let him ride this year his home race, Tour Down Under.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-r]
Bram de Groot
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/bramdegroot.png[/img-l] An old rider, the oldest from our team, de Groot isn't far away from his retirement, but he should ride as a team mate a few important races this year and maybe a Grant Tour as a good bye, though that doesn't have a lot of chances to happen.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-r]
Tom Leezer
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/tomleezer.png[/img-l] Leezer is one of the best and promising Dutch sprinters at the moment. Though that he isn't really strong in the World sprints at the moment he might try his chance in Giro this year but we will see. Also an advantage for him could be that he can go over some uphill sections.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-r]
Jos Van Emden
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/josvanemden.png[/img-l] Jos will be riding for the first time this year with the big team. A good fighter, Van Emden can go pretty good over hills and take part in some mass sprint finishes though he isn't really the fastes guy in the pack at the moment. His time - trial abillity look also good and maybe he will get a spot in our team for Giro this year.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/GER.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/GER.png[/img-r]
Paul Martens
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/paulmartens.png[/img-l] The other German rider in our team, Martens is a nice puncheur, that with some luck could be a big one some day. His time - trial abillities don't look bad either but at the moment he doens't seem able to take a place for a Grand Tour this year. But he is young and a lot of oportunities should come for him.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/ESP.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/ESP.png[/img-r]
Pedro Horrillo
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/pedrohorrillo.png[/img-l] The last and fourth Spanish rider is Pedro Horrillo. If Garate is the climber, Horrillo joins Freire and Flecha in the category of riders good on flat, cobbles or sprints. Being a Spanish almost secures him a sport in our team for Vuelta 2009.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-r]
Marc de Maar
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/marcdemaar.png[/img-l] de Maar is a nice time - trialist that has still a lot to learn. He shoulnd be riding too much in 2009 as we don't want to lost the potential he might have for those kind of races in the future.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-r]
Tom Stamsnijder
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/TomStamsnijder.png[/img-l] After Gerolsteiner stoped existing in cycling, Tom needed a new contract and he joined us since the end of the last seasom. He is a good team - mate when it comes to the flat terrain, though that his speciality seem to be the time - trials.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/HOL.png[/img-r]
Rick Flens
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/rickflens.png[/img-l] Flens is another rider in our team with a nice potential of become one of the best time - trialists in the World, but still with a lot to prove. He also isn't bad when it comes to cobble races so we should see him riding that kind of races.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[img-l]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/RUS.png[/img-l][img-r]https://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c43/MattBooth/Man%20Game%20Flags/RUS.png[/img-r]
Dimitry Kozontchuck
[img-l]https://i1021.photobucket.com/albums/af336/alexkr00_rab/DimitriyKozontchuk.png[/img-l] If we started the team presentation with a Russian, a rider from the same country will end it. Kozontchuck won a few year ago Paris - Roubaix for espoirs but he didn't become a cobble specialist at all. At the moment his biggest potetnial seems to be for climbing.

Very nice description of riders, looking forward to it (I`ve started yesterday myself career with Rabobank since I`m bored winning with Astana after TdF ) Good luck. |

Aussie ITT Championships
Brown was the first rider to start a race in 2009 for Rabobank. Time - trial isn't his really speciality though
Right after Brown, Rogers started and he came with a very good time
Evans is fast, but not fast enough to beat Rogers and Rogers seems to be the favourite to take the Aussie Champion jersey at the end of the day
Hayman is our second Aussie, but he isn't a good time - trialist either
Former Champion Adam Hansen came with a mediocre time and he has lost the title now
Roberts is the last important man to arrive, but he came just with the third time, which means that Rogers is the new Aussie ITT National Champion!
Results
1. Michael Rogers Team Columbia - High Road 57'01
2. Cadel Evans Silence - Lotto + 30
3. Luke Roberts Team Kuota - Indeland + 53
4. Bret Lancaster Cervélo Test Team + 53
5. Cameron Meyer Garmin - Slipstream + 58

Aussie Championships
Brown was in the day's breakaway and he was the only rider that really worked so the brekaway could make it to the finish
But some of the big names didn't like that. Cooke and Sutherland attacked from the pack, behind the escapes
Soon they were already in the front group and setting up a high pace
Brown pays back the effort he made and now he is left behind
On one of the last hills of the race, Sutherland managed to make a gap between him and the others
And he was strong enough to keep the pace to the finish and get the win. Brown was caught by the pack and finished onlye 14th.
This is one of the last times when we will still see Sutherland in the regular Ouch jersey as he will be wearing the Aussi National Champion jersey from now on.
Results
1. Rory Sutherland OUCH presented by Maxxis 4h36'09
2. Baden Cooke Vacansoleil Pro Cycling Team + 1'44
3. Hilton Clarke Fuji - Servetto + 2'48
4. Richard England Amore & Vita - McDonald's s.t.
5. Robbie Williams Drapac Porsche Cycling s.t. |

The calendar in January is full of Austrialian races. After the National Championships we will have the first Pro Tour race of the year, Tour Down Under. Though that it is a tour for the sprinters there are also some hilly stages, so the sprinters should also be able to go over small hills as well. With one stage ending in uphill and one stage and Willunga Hill a puncheur could also have a chance to win the overall at the end of the race. Riders used with the classics like Devolder, Cancellara or Nuyens could also have something to say in the hilly stages.
Nuyens is our team - leader but Tankink got the number for the team leader as we don't want to put too much presure on Nick, at his first race for Rabobank. Brown will go there as our main sprinter, but he has real problems over the hills so if he won't able to keep it up with the pack in some stages, Leezer will be there to represent us in the sprints.
Team for Tour Down Under:
121. BramTankink
122. Graeme Brown
123. Stef Clement
124. Rick Flens
125. Matthew Hayman
126. Tom Leezer
127. Nick Nuyens

Tour Down Under Stage 1
Tankink attacked before the first climb. He stayed in front of the pack and he was first on both climbs of the day
But nobody seems able to make any differences today and it's going to end in a mass sprint
The many short hills of today's stage made Brown lose contact with the pack, which means that all our hopes for today are on Leezer
With 2.5km Leezer is in a perfect position behind Lowik, who is leading the pack at the moment
But he stayed too much behind the ex-Rabo rider and now he lost some positions
In the last corner Van Avermaet and Cooke are in front, with Davis pretty close
Davis was very fast in the final metres but he was just 2nd, behind Van Avermaet who gets the stage win.

Tour Down Under Stage 2
Clement was first on the only climb of the day and now he is second in the KoM rankings, behind his team - mate, Bram Tankink
The last uphill of the day started with an attack from Nick Nuyens
Behind him no one is able to go after him. Tankink also seems to be in a good position to control things a little bit there
Though that he is Belgian, the Dutch sporters want him to win today as now he is riding for Rabobank
Devolder and Gerrans are leading the sprint behind him
As he enters the last kilometre, Nuyens is almost caught
Last corner... and Nuyens uses all his energy left to maintain in front of Devolder
Nuyens celebrates before crossing the line, but nothing matters now as this is our first win this season
Too bad Nuyens coulnd' take the yellow jersey from his compatriot, Greg van Avermaet, who will ride again in yellow tomorrow

yeah it's always nice to get the first win. And it was a really close finish... I didn't know who won until I've hear Victory for Nick Nuyens.
The stage two it's on its way though that the game crashed during the replay so I don't have the last screenshots or exported results. I would have wanted to have them as the stage ended with a little surprise.
