Hey all !
I have a problem with Advanced Editor v4. I will use it to a savegame in PCM 09. I couldn't found an answer to my problem in other threads. I have placed my savegame in "Database". I open the Editor, and find my savegame in "Database in" but i can't click on "Import spil_001"
Can anyone help me?

I think that you should avoid spaces, not? |

Okay. I wrote my own name in Folder Out, and it works, but now i have another problem. When the import is done, and it writes "All tables done" i close the editor. The folder with my own name is now created in the Exports folder. But inside the new folder it has just placed one XML-file called exports. There is no other files in the folder.
Can you tell me what i do wrong?

I have figure out how to do it. I just have a little problem now.
I open finance.xml and change the budget of my team. I save it as XML-data and try to overwrite the old finance.xml, but a warning comes up and tells me that if i save it as a XML-file everything will be lost.
I don't know why Excel tells me this?
I try to ignore the warning and continue the last step in the guide i found, but in the game the budget is still the same as before. |

Why don't you use the editor to edit the tables? After "All tables done" you can select the tables in the second box from the left. Also I cannot follow your description, there shouldn't be a table called fincance. All Tables and the corresponding XML-files should start with DYN_ or STA_.
Please tell us what you are trying to change. The budget of the teams would be is in DYN_team. |

Like Lachi said, you don`t need any external programs to edit, all you need is included in Advanced Editor |

Okay. I have tried the things you say.
Here is what I do:
1. I rename my savegame to aex.cdb and put it in the folder Databses.
2. I open PCM2008 CDB to XML and choose my savegame in Database In, and writes my own name Kristian in Folder Out. Then I import.
3. When the import is done i Choose the folder Kristian in Folder In. I find the table DYN_Finance and load it. I Change the budget in the third column and save it. Now I write Nitro in Database Out and export.
4 Now i move Nitro.cdb to MyDoc/Pro Cycling Manager 2009/Database/Solo/OfficialRelease
5. I start Pro Cycling Manager 2009 and Choose to load my savegame that now is called Nitro. But the Budget has not change.
Lachi i have tried to load the table DYN_team but there is not a column where you can change the budget. I have looked and read every column in DYN_team but there is not a Column where you can change the budget. |

As Lachi said, why don't you look carefully in DYN_team? |
