A new season.
Yesterday Steve McNair, the ex-QB from the Tennessee Titans and the Baltimore Ravens was shot and he died, whether it was suicide or slaughter they don't know yet but it's quite shocking.
Dwight K. Schrute: 'I'm not a hero. Im just a mere defender of the office. You know who is a hero? Hiro from Heroes. That's a hero. And Bono'.

NFC N = Packers (my team )
NFC S = Panthers (superbowl)
NFC E = Eagles
NFC W = 49ers (to turn it around with singletary in charge)
AFC N = Browns (dont know why )
AFC S = Tennesse
AFC E = PATS (win it all)
AFC W = Denver |

I'm still gonna wait a while before doing any predictions, think I'll have a look at some of the NFL Network specials this week where they look closely at every team.

I think denver will suprise a few people as they will try and prove a point without cutler and i hope the packers defense does something this year (the front 7) last year was not very productive so im hoping the new lads come into the team and do well |

As an Eagles fan I am sure of one thing....it will be interesting...I hope he keeps his nose clean.
I hope people realize that you deserve a second chance sometimes.
I may not like what he did, I don't even really like him as a QB but as a multi tool player he is a terrific athlete. |

He is clearly one of the most athletic QBs and would love for him to play for my team as long as he continues his good behavior. Since getting out of jail he has done everything right.

Saw his interview he made a few minutes ago. He said everything right. IMO he's a changed man.

I don't know why any team would want the headache and distraction that he would bring.

Because he was one of the best QBs 2 years ago and because there won't be any distractions of headaches when he leads them to the playoffs.

How the hell was he one of the best qb's two years ago. He couldnt even throw that well and his receivers were practically the same as Ryan had last year and look how well he did with them so he was never that good. All he can do is sprint. |

He did take a bad team all the way to the playoffs. He did rush for over 1,000 yards. If you think he wasn't one of the best QBs then you really need to do some research.

throwing yards???? I bet plently other qb's had higher stats eg favre bulger manning's big ben brady etc etc etc so you cant say he was one of the best qb's a qb is meant to throw not sprint round all day. He is an average qb and causes his offensive line lots of problems as he never stays in the pocket |

Being a QB is all about winning and he was one of the best. he did have a good amount of passing yards too. He didn't get as many passing yards because he was busy running for 1,000 yards. Most EVER by a QB. Now tell me he wasn't one of the best QBs. You'd have to be insane or know nothing about football to think that.

Obviously you are going to keep argueing btu he is the only qb who sprints around like a headless chicken. I think a good qb needs to be able to win game in the final 2mins. (Which is done by throwing most of the time) also have some poise in the pocket as he helps the o-line out but thats my opinion. You probably only like him as yo uwere him on madden and used to love just sprinting with him |
