Hello

I'm using Hannes 2 in an attempt to mitigate some buggy losses for my team by forcing my existing riders to sign a contract but I'm unsure as to what fields/tables impact this. I've looked for commonality between all out of contract cyclists in my team in the DYN_cyclist table but no obvious commonality of values exist for those riders which doesn't exist for the ones in contract.
It seems once they get valued at over 2 million I can't offer them a contract because contract offer suggests they aren't interested in my team....they still approach me and ask to sign saying how interested they are. I'm just sick scouting and investing in
young riders only to have them leave after a few years Sad

Anyone know what fields and what tables I need to edit in my save game to rectify the situation I face?

issoisso
Hannes editor can be used for saved games? I didn't know that Frown

anyway, can't check now, but isn't there a table labelled "DYN_contract_cyclist"?

vergadain
Yes there is - unsure what field affects contracts though.

1. open your save game

2. open the DYN_contract_cyclist table as isso said

3. find you rider, you will need to know his rider ID, which can be found in the DYN_cyclist table, on the left of your riders name.

4. now you have found your rider by his rider ID (second column) in the DYN_contract_cyclist table, look at the 6th coloumn, it should say "finan_i_period_date_end", this is what needs editing.

5.
1193832000 = 2007
1225454400 = 2008
1256990400 = 2009

sorry those are the only ones i could find, hope it helped a bit thoughWink

How do You open a save game and what databases are compatible with the latest patchWink

Addy291
1. open up Hannes Convertor 2.0
2. click the button that looks like a plug on the top left
3. navigate your way into My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2007/Database/Solo
4. it may then be in a sub-folder with the name of the db you play with, you save-game is in there, open and enjoyPfft

only the GCT and 'official names by Cya' i think

Can anyone do a small "step-by-step" using Hanes 2.0 ?

It's just because I (and some users I guess) can't understand one single german word :x

Addy291
1. open up Hannes Convertor 2.0

2. click the top left button (looks like a plug)

3. choose the db you want to edit, if you want to edit a save game navigate your way into My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2007/Database/Solo.

4. a screen will come up and ask which table you wish to edit click on the one you want to edit, i.e. DYN_cyclist, then click OK

5. there will now be an icon of the table you chose, double click it to open, if it is DYN_cyclist then it may take a moment, as there are lots of cyclists.

6. then what i do is minimise all the useless squares (drag them close) and leave the ones i want to edit i.e. name, potential, decline age, Flat skills, Mountain skills etc.

7. click on the data you wish to edit and type

8. when you've finished editing click the save button at the bottom of the window, again if you're in DYN_cyclist it may take a moment.

9. When it has finished cancel that mini window, so you're left with the main Hannes bit.

10. now click the save button at the top (looks like a disc thing) choose where to save, what to name etc. and click save.

11. a screen will now come up and ask what table to save, click on the ones you want to save, click OK.

12. a mini screen will now come up with something in German, this basically means save complete. Now you can exit if you wish

this may seem completley useless but as you didn't specify what you needed help with, this is just the outlineWink

btw, you don't need to know German to understand this, it is pretty self-explanitory especially the fields you wish to edit.

anyway hope i helped, if not then ask again, but more specificallyWink

I need for 2012/2013....contract due to run out in 2010 lol - should be easy enough to figure out though based on my other rider contracts. How do you calculate a year from the sequence of numbers? ie without comparing it to another number which the year is already known for?

Edit: Solution found
The above numbers are UNIX date codes.
They equal the number of seconds passed since 12:00am on the 1/1/1970.
An online unix date time/real date time, can be found here: https://www.online...x_time.htm
