Welcome to the PCM2009 Track League thread!
This has been a month or so in the planning, and 2 months on paper. But here it is.
Anyone who signs up is now a track rider, through some very untechnical DB editing. I’ll get onto that a little bit later.
This will run from September 2009 - June 2010.

There can be races at any time though; just these are going to be the organised events that I would like as many people to attend as possible. The events listed above will be for triple points.
The scoring system will be roughly the same as PCM’s; it will be easier that way.
Events
The organised event evening will include – Omnium and Keirin (grouped)
Your events at any time can be any event.
We are looking for trusted people for these events; one must be there whenever a game is played. This way I’ll know you are not playing for stat gains (more on that later).
The random events can only happen 1 time per night, per player. You can participate in more than one; however you will only receive your highest points.
Track Rider + Stat information
I told you I’d get onto this.
This is for me the intresting part, I’m going to walk through this one step at a time.
STEP 1 – The easy bit.
I need this information
Name of rider: (make it something that vaguely resembles your username please!)
Country: (Again, it should resemble your actual country)
Now for my favourite part. Stats. (Part 2 of the application is below this, but YOU MUST READ THIS BIT!)
Your rider will start with all stats 1-1-1. But as you are signing up, I’m giving you a bonus point (As a nice person).
You can make one of those stats into a 2. So..
STEP 2- STATS!
I would like my stat to be 2 in Acceleration/Resistance/Endurance
After each stat level up, your win count resets to 0. You can choose which stat to level up, once you get 5 wins for example I’ll send a PM to you asking if you want one of your 1 stats to be raised. If you decline, I’ll send a PM at 10 wins where I’ll ask if you want your 2 to level up. YOU MUST LEVEL THAT ONE UP. NO CARRYING OVER WINS FOR ONE LARGE STAT GAIN!
Finally, sign up. Have fun.
(As a practice from Sunday, I’ll make the DB with all riders signed up, and keep editing it, a mini league will be set up, to get you used to the DB, I’m not recording points, only round wins. Progression needs a while to get used to  . )
Anyone can sign up! Regardless of post count etc,
We can take 16 people in one game session. However we can and will take more.
