Why did Isso say the route sucked? I count 4 uphill finishes and in total 5 mountain stages Frown

It looks like an exciting course.

This route is veeeeery different from the one I saw about a month ago.

(I can't tell you where I saw it, so that should give you an idea where I saw it)

Doesn't look too bad actually.

2 good routes (Dauphiné and Suisse)
And Ruben, it's not too early, we've had a TDF thread for a few weeks now Pfft

Beware though that the finishing climbs on all these stages are not very selective. The time trial will be the decider.

stage 4 and 6 look resonably steep

You also said that time differences at Blockhaus would be unlikely. I don't trust your expert analysises anymore Pfft

But in the GC, (talking about podium placers) there was only 48 seconds of separation, and only 5 between Di Luca and Menchov. So there are some time gaps, but not necessarily a "decisive" stage. Smile

That was said when the organisers had confirmed that the climb would be the Passo Lanciano.....which it didn't end up being.

This route isn't that selective. Even Kloeden on form can hold on Vallorbe, Serfaus and Crans.
Kreuziger ftw

Roman
Who will be winner? Kreuziger or one of Schleck brothers? SmilePfft

can anyone tell me if colom or cobo are riding or are they in the dauphine???
