Jan Polanc and Krists Neilands: Polanc has been an outstanding leader for us for the last couple of years. We think he would play a dominant role particulatly in a CT or PCT team and would prefer that over a slowly diminishing role in a double leadership with Neilands. We are open to the idea of keeping Polanc and selling Neilands but with the suspected transfer fees in mind, the clear idea in our mind is that we are keeping Neilands instead.
Eriks Toms Gavars: We like him and we dont mind keeping him. But considering how short our selling list is, he would be the first option to open up more cap space or get a few extra bucks for transfer fees or training.
Martins Blums: He has been the latvian face of the team for a couple of years and still is young enough to be that for a couple more years. But we had some really high valued interest in him over the years and with Krasts ready to take on a more prominent role in the future, we would be ready to look around for alternatives if we get a big time offer. Just dont expect him to be particularly cheap.
Everyone else: We like them, we like their wages, we have a big role in mind for them and expect them to stay. We welcome you to try but it would be very expensive to make us consider a sale.

Polanc and Neilands both had offers or interest around 500k-600k. It remains the plan to sell one of them.
Blums & Gavars are both open for good offers but could easily stay as well.

Polanc is in very advanced talks for a deal involving multiple other riders. If it gets posted, its almost impossible to overbid so if you are interested, better come in now

A Polanc deal is posted. This also means that a Neilands sale is more unlikely but not impossible.
However, a sale of Blums and/or Gavars might have turned more likely if we get a good offer.

Neilands will likely stay unless there is a unexpectedly big offer. Blums and Gavars are still potentially available. And we are open to selling de Kleijn.
Our priority is getting cash but rider + cash offers could also be interesting.

I'm adding a few more sales options to the table. Neilands also not unsellable yet but we'd need a great offer.

We also still have 80k loan cap left. We would like to use that on loaning in a strong maxed rider. Could either be someone with up to 90k wage or possibly uo to 160k wage. We can pay you nicely in a couple of different ways.

For now, Blums is the least available of these but that can change quickly. Everyone else is more available.
There is interest in multiple of these riders. De Kleijn might have a deal agreed.
We also still have 80k loan cap left. We would like to use that on loaning in a strong maxed rider. Could either be someone with up to 90k wage or possibly up to 170k wage. We can pay you nicely in a couple of different ways.
We have a couple of candidates in mind already but it could take a few days before we will commit to one option.
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

Blums still somewhat available but right now, he looks more likely to stay. Still subject to change if you come with a good offer.
De Klijn looks to be leaving. The others especially Hellemose and Gavars have interest and had a couple (too low) offers in the past but are still looking quite available.
We also still have 80k loan cap left. We would like to use that on loaning in a strong maxed rider. Could either be someone with up to 90k wage or possibly up to 170k wage. We can pay you nicely in a couple of different ways.
Also an option that is still there. Our prefered options are looking less likely now than 24h ago so we are open for new ideas.
