Since this was requested by a few managers, here's a tentative timeline for the pre-season, subject to changes as required:

I'm leaving on 2 weeks’ vacation Saturday morning. Is it possible to start band selection tomorrow, or will it be possible to do it from a mobile phone?

I think it’s sad that the DB with talents isn’t out until this late tbh. After 3 weeks of vacation, I am back to 70 hours of work pr. week when the DB is finally out. And all because of a theoretical idea that people would actually change their renewals based on talents added to the DB. Makes no sense.
Just post the Pre-Renewals including talents, and then post another one Post-Renewals later in. It takes much longer to play with development of young riders, than to spot released riders.

When the renewals timeline was extended, there were more than 20 managers left to complete, so not sure whose individual timeline we are catering to!

My point is, that I think you are putting too much into the belief that some people would actually alter their renewals if they spotted a certain name in the talent pool. I do consider that to be highly unrealistic. Everyone have a clear idea of which big talents is to be expected, and those expecting a certain rider have already made room for that one.
I think the reasoning is purely thought up, and not realistic at all, hence making the DB update earlier a future priority! It is the key file for the entire future, and to wait with that until everyone have gotten their ass up the chair is a wrong decision in my oppinion.

Every year there will be new Managers, new Teams, teams changing their sponsors and nations. Also everyone wants that their regional focus is considered when new talents are added. So how shall this work when we just add talents right after the season is finished and we dont know how teams are continuing or which ones will join?
There are many factors coming in to consideration when publishing a timeline. Its not just about ONE thing or ONE managers its a lot to be considered.

I don't myself care about when DBs get released and such, but if you claim that anything other than riders' demands and their stats and age impact your renewals, you are just a total liar
