The contract renewals are here, and this year, the system is more intelligent and complex than ever. So pay attention, and read these instructions carefully:
Rules:
1. You can have any number of riders in your squad after the renewals. You only need to have between 20 and 30 riders after the transfers has finished
2. You can go over the salary cap during the renewals period. However, you will have to pay a fine equal to the amount you go over. By the end of the transfer period, you must be back within the salary cap
3. The minimum wage that can be offered is €50,000
How to fill in
Getting your excel sheet:
1. You will get an excel sheet showing your team and their wage demands. It will also show you your budget, your salary cap remaining, the riders role (unimportant in regards to race days) and any salary cap penalty you might incur
2. You must fill in your offers for wage demands under the Your Offer column on round 1. Do not change anything else. If you do not wish to re-sign a rider, then offer him €0. You can offer as low as 50,000 for any rider - nobody will automatically leave if you offer too low.
3. You must then send the excel file either via MSN, or by uploading to www.mediafire.com and then sending the link via PM, to whoever sent you the original excel file
4. You will then get an excel file sent back, showing the response of each rider. Their response will either be accepted, or rejected. If they have accepted, congratulations! If they have rejected, their will be an answer in the how close column, as well as a new wage demand under round 2. The how close response tells you roughly how close your offer was to the minimum they would accept:
Close – Within €10,000
Average – Within €50,000
Way Off – Within €100,000
Serious Reductions Needed – Over €100,000
You need to make a new offer in the Your Offer column of round 2, then send it again
5. You will get another excel sheet sent back to you, with the same responses as above. You now need to fill in your final offers, and send the excel sheet in. Remember, a rider will become a free agent if he fails to accept this offer.
6. You will receive a final excel sheet showing which riders have re-signed with your team, how much they have signed for, your budget left, your salary cap remaining, and the salary cap penalty you have incurred

I assume that, at this point, not everyone has received their contract renewal pm, as I have not gotten mine?

I haven't been that much online lately, but somehow I managed to catch up with this pretty quickly it seems. I just don't have that much time at this point. I know it's not a long or tiring process to fill the spreadsheet out, and I will do my best to get it done within a few days.
I hope I'm not slowing anything down.
