As with the PCM.daily DB 08 for PCM07, we're interested in having the most updated pictures as possible. Every year, each team usually updates its website with new rider profiles, and I noticed that several started doing this already, meaning that we can start doing the work 
I've attached SN's tutorial from last year to the next post.

Inside of scrolling through cyclist_photo looking for them, it is easier just to type what the first few letters of the file would be. The format for it is the first digit of a riders first name, and then the surname, so to find Amorison's I would quickly time 'famo' which will either take me to the file or near to it. I then just copy and paste it into the other folder and move onto Bellemakers. If there isn't currently one for one of the riders, just copy any file and rename it.
6. When you have them all in the My Documents folder, its time to open them. I open them all at once to save time. Ill be using Paint.net (its free to download). The rider picture will appear in the centre, with the other opened photos visible in the top left.
7. Ill do Amorison first, so the next step is to open his page on the Landbouwkredit website.
8. Copy the image to Paint.net, and you should be prompted with this:
Always click to keep the current canvas size.
9. The centre of the image will then show up, so using the positioning tool, move it so that the head fits the picture.
10. In this case, the head is slightly too big. So click on the bottom right corner of the selection, hold and drag it, resizing the picture so that there is some space around the riders face. Make sure that it keeps in proportion though and does not become pixelated.
11. Save it in 32-bit tga format and move onto the next one, repeating it until youve done the whole team. |

I remember seeing somewhere that Halvor said he had already done Cervelo. I may be wrong, though. |

I checked the Rabo isn't updated yet even that I found a video with the presentation for 09 on an anothe site and Columbia have the pics with the new riders but only EBH is in the new jersey...
